威尼斯聖十字區4星級酒店

an excellent hotel with excellent service. We had 5 rooms reserved at the hotel. We left the hotel to go to Ravenna via the trains. We left our Apple air pods in of one the rooms. The gentleman from the front desk (morning shift - sorry I don’t remember his name) on his own walked over the train station, tracked us down and surprised us to give us the air pods. I travel a lot and have never seen such exceptional service. Literally, because of his level of exceptional service from when we checked in to now, we decided to change our hotels (when we return from the cruise) to stay again at The Carlton because of his above and beyond attitude. Thank you for your hospitality and outstanding experience from the point of when we first checked in.

Έψαχνα ξενοδοχείο κοντά στον σταθμό γιατί θα έφευγα ξημερώματα...Νομίζω μία καλή επιλογή..Μονόκλινο δωμάτιο λίγο μικρό αλλά ζεστό καθαρό με ωραίο στρώμα και πάπλωμα και κυρίως ήσυχο γιατί έβλεπε στην πίσω πλευρά του ξενοδοχείου! Πρωινό ζήτησα για τον δρόμο κάτι που είχαν έτοιμο με βασικά είδη (κρουασάν, χυμός, μήλο, φρυγανιές, ψωμί, μαρμελάδα και νουτελα) Το ατού του ξενοδοχείου είναι δίπλα στον σταθμό των τρένων και λεωφορείων..Για να πας όμως στην πλατεία του Αγίου Μάρκου θέλεις 1 ώρα με τα πόδια ή το βαπορέτο ανάλογα τις ώρες...Ακόμα είναι κοντά στην εβραϊκή συνοικία της Βενετίας και γενικά η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη και δεν τις λείπει τίποτα από εστιατόρια και καφέ! Ένα μπράβο στους ανθρώπους τις υποδοχής που έκαναν σωστά την δουλειά τους! Και βέβαια θα το επέλεγα πάλι...Η Βενετία δεν είναι για μια ούτε δύο φορές..Εμένα ήταν η τρίτη φορά...

clean, modern, great location and very nice decor, staff were pleasant and breakfast was good. Train statin and main slights are all within 15 mins walk. There is an Co op supermarket and great restaurant just cross the opposite the hotel. The staff are very helpful. Just be mindful there are a few bridges to cross if you are bringing big luggage’s. The Air con is controlled by reception so you have to call them each time you want to change the temp. There is no iron in the room and they won’t give you one to use. You have to give them the item and they will do it for you for €5 per item. Also, the room we stayed in was small but very nice just have to be mindful the shower is quite small but would be bit tight for someone quite big.

Beautiful hotel, definitely worth the upgrade to a room overlooking the grand canal. Very reasonably priced bar, only criticism would be that they allow guests to go to breakfast in their pyjamas. Come on folks, still in your PJs is a little off putting to other guests who have had the decency to at least get washed and dressed! Very helpful reception staff.

喜歡這家位於威尼斯聖十字區的安靜又有氛圍的酒店。員工很熱情，翻新之後新潮和復古結合的裝修風格，打掃得一塵不染，令人非常舒適。去車站很方便，沿着小巷有幾家不錯的餐館。很棒的地方，謝謝你們的招待！

我們在這家酒店住過兩次了。一次是在我們蜜月期間住了幾晚，一次是慶祝我妻子三十歲生日的時候住了一晚。每次都覺得這家酒店非常好。服務非常友好，並且員工費盡心思使你在這裏的時光盡可能的不同。早飯是難以描繪的棒，你得親自來才會相信。房間很迷人，食物的選擇多種多樣。我可以一整天都待在酒店裡面。酒店的地理位置很好。這家酒店具有古老的魅力，並且乾淨，舒適，迷人。我百分百的願意再來這裏住。

整體感覺還不錯，有浴缸，泡澡太舒服了，尤其是在威尼斯陰冷的冬天，逛一天能泡個澡再幸福不過！最大的優點就是離火車站實在實在是太近了，過一個橋就是。到其他景點還是有一定距離，我選擇不行過去，然後貢多拉和水上巴士回來。剛剛好整整一下午，逛完了威尼斯！

The Santa Croce Boutique Hotel was a great find for my husband and I. First, it was in a quiet neighborhood where locals live, with cafes, grocery stores, shops, town squares and side canals. The train station and Piaza Roma are just a few blocks away where you can easily catch the water taxis, gondolas, etc. We loved returning to the hotel after a busy day being tourists and enjoying a cocktail in the beautiful courtyard and then meandering around to a local cafe for dinner. Secondly, it is a beautiful hotel with comfortable and beautiful rooms. The decor added to our feeling of being in a special city such as Venice. Every single staff person was kind, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone! The breakfast buffet was extensive with eggs cooked to order, lots of fresh fruits, breads, etc. And the coffee was near perfect! Venice is a busy city filled with tourists, so staying away from all the hustle and bustle is a good idea! Just hop on the #1 water taxi and enjoy the ride to,wherever you may need to go.

Our second visit to Venice and the Hotel Moresco. The staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is so clean and welcoming and well positioned. An easy walk to the main activities but out far enough not to be too busy. Cannot express our thanks enough for all you did for us.
