弗納爾-國家公園區舒適套房酒店(Comfort Inn & Suites Vernal - National Monument Area)

When we checked in there was pooh in the toilet and it looked like it was going to flood. I called to the front desk and asked if someone could fix it. We left for about four hours and when we came back, it was still not fixed. They told me that the guy that fixes the toilets have been gone for a few hours. We were unable to use the toilet, and the room stunk. They were not apologetic and were very understaffed. The buffet breakfast only had waffles. They said they were out of milk and yogurt and everything else. The pool had some thing wrong with the chemicals and it bleached my brother-in-law’s suit, and he had to throw it away. And we smell like chlorine for two days even after multiple showers. I would not recommend staying here. It’s a small town they’re not very many options but, this was not a good hotel.

Room was advertised as King with 2 person pull out. The pull out didn't have a mattress and the front desk said they no longer do that, so my daughter just had the couch to sleep on. Luckily we only had 3 people. The bathroom had blood smeared on the wall and when I asked the front desk if they could attend to it, they acted like it was strange that I would want that taken care of. At breakfast, my daughter was finishing cooking her waffle. Breakfast was ending, but rather than start cleaning up elsewhere and let her finish up, the staff made sure my daughter knew that she was in the way and kept asking her to move. Hot tub and pool are really small. What I liked: The room did have a couple of chairs with ottomans that were fairly comfortable for sitting to watch tv, rather than having to watch in bed. Comfortable for relaxing. Bed was comfortable. Outlets were plentiful and easily accessible. Furniture was convenient to store what we needed. Hotel in general was in good condition. Breakfast was as expected. Mostly all negatives could be easily remedied with a little attention and attentiveness.

This hotel surprised me. The king-bed suite was nicely organized, clean, and comfortable. It was nice to 'come home' to such a nice room after a day out in the field. Everything worked: lights, outlets, elevator, television, fridge and microwave. The breakfast is a typical hotel affair. Nothing spectacular, but certainly enough to get you going on the morning. The hotel has ample parking! And the parking can accommodate any vehicle. I did not use any of the hotel's amenities like pool or gym, but they appeared clean and serviceable. Hotel staff was a bit aloof. I felt like I was bothering them with questions. But, once I got checked in and beyond interacting with the indifferent staff my stay was fantastic. I'd choose this hotel again!

COVID measures still in effect at from desk, with set-up to keep us folks checking in from close contact with the receptionist (clear screens, table blocking closeness to counter, etc. Only one staff at front desk. And in the morning, no response from any receptionist when called to respond via the provided front desk phone. It was like we were on our own. Breakfast had minimal items (no fruit, no yogurt, no bacon or sausage, etc)—only cereal, waffle, and powdered eggs. A Bleak set-up in a sp**** “breakfast” room. The actual room I spent the night in was in very good shape and very comfortable, despite the other “service” issues at this property.

I booked a room that had a King bed and a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa had no mattress on it. When I asked the front desk about it, they said ask of their pull out sofas were like that. No way that anyone could sleep on that. Feel as if their room listing is misleading at best and just plain false advertising at worst. Do not book a room here with a pull out sofa if you are anticipating someone actually sleeping on it.

When we checked into the hotel, the front desk person was very rude, appearance was very unprofessional and not accommodating at all. When ask if our room had a pull-out sofa bed, we were told it did. When we arrived in our room, there were no linens available for the pullout bed. When we called down for the missing linens, we were told we would need to come back down to the front desk to pick them up! The sofa bed was basically just a box springs, with no padding at all and extremely stained. Our granddaughter had to sleep on that terrible bed all night. She kept complaining about the bed hurting her throughout the night. We found a soiled adult diaper in our bathroom. When we called the manager about the issue, we were told that nothing could be done! We were in town for a baseball tournament, the price for the hotel had been raised due to demand. We over paid $200.00 to stay in an extremely run down, dirty and unfriendly hotel. We will never stay in a Comfort Inn again and would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Staff wasn’t at the front desk, had to call to find her. Property is dilapidated. She kept saying I did not book the room that I booked. She insisted there was no pull out sofa. Booked for 4 people. Not enough towels. No bedding for the sofa bed. Had to chase around to get everything.

The room didn’t feel clean. The woman at the front desk was extremely unhelpful and not very friendly. The room was small and overall the hotel was not great.

The beds were comfortable and staff was great, although several items in our room were torn or broken.
