Prepaid for room with a third party. Then got home and see the hotel has also charged me too. Have sent numerous emails to them and they will not respond. I would not stay here again. Oh and nowhere does it say no air conditioning. It was a very warm June night and had to sleep with the windows open. It is right on a noisy busy road.
