Cozy suite with private entrance, 5 minutes from downtown.

Drive up to the beautiful house built in 1905! Go through the green garden gate where you will find a path lined with grape vines to a staircase which will take you to the entrance and a private deck that looks over the neighborhood. Suite updated in 2024, with some old house character remaining. Inside you will find a open concept kitchen and living room, with a table beside the window to enjoy the view. There is an induction cooktop, toaster oven and microwave as well as, plates, glasses and utensils. There is a 2 in 1 laundry/dryer open for use. One bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom across from the bedroom with a shower. A 10-15 min walk to main street downtown and a 5 min drive to almost anywhere in town, 25 min drive to silverstar ski resort. Quiet street, with many squirrels and birds, making it feel further from the city life. The suite is completely private but don't hesitate to ask for anything you may need, we are just downstairs- it is fairly soundproof. The suite is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible, there are 18 stairs leading up the the entrance and a 28 inch wide door frame, this house was built so long ago it would be very difficult to change the doorframe.
