I had trouble connecting to the internet, but Kim was very helpful. Nice place to stay. Kim even found a rain poncho to loan us. We had a great couple days in Vero Beach!

Best kept secret in Vero Beach. Close to some of the best restaurants and Beach shops. No need to drive anywhere once you arrive.

The rooms are a little outdated but it's clean and walking distance to the beach. Overall good experience.

We arrived at 9pm and check in went well, they had called and given directions on how to get into the hotel. When we got in the room it looked okay but when we sat on the bed it was so soft it felt like it was caving in. The mattress was so old and they threw a topper on it which was so hot! We spent a misrable uncomfortable night. We finally dozed off at 330am. At 715 we woke and called the desk. We were given 3 room keys to go and try beds, like Goldilocks! One room had a better mattress, not great but better. We hurried and changed rooms. We were told the owner has been told many times about bedding issues! Shame shame shame! We left on the third day in considerable back pain. The staff is trying hard, but it is a terrible situation sleepless in Vero

The pool is great. My great granddaughter (3.5 yr) and her mama, my granddaughter, could not get enough of it. The area around the pool is comfy. If you want a sterile Hilton environment, this is not the place. But if you like a bit of nostalgia the Turtle is pure 1950s updated to the 1960s. Location is great, close to the beach, play parks, restaurants, a liquor store, etc. Only negative is that I did not see a smoke/CO detector in the unit - really should have 1 in each bedroom.

I hate to write poor reviews but this property was in very poor condition. I understand old, but my unit had blinds that looked like they have never once been cleaned and the saddest looking ac unit with paper stuffed into it. I was supposed to stay 2 nights but I left after one. Such a shame, the location is great.

I left 30 min after I arrived. Room was hot, nobody in office, keys were left in a box to pick up. Would have asked for a refun but it’s “non refundable” plus there was nobody on site to talk to. Seemed unsafe so I chose to leave.

I love this property,,it has an old town Florida appeal,,, Like Florida of yesterday,,,,quiet,,safe,,,good parking,,,like a small bed and breakfast inn,,or mom and pop place,,,just adorable,,,,I would recommend to anyone to visit and stay at this property,,,

Very friendly and helpful staff. Kim was wonderful in accommodating my family . I thank her very much for helping me with my elderly parents. We had a great time.
