The hotel, including its rooms, had an unpleasant odor that seemed to be related to mold. Unfortunately, the management's response to this issue left much to be desired, as they were unwilling to provide a refund despite their inability to address the situation effectively. In hindsight, I realize that the requirement to prepay for the stay should have served as a warning sign, but after a long and tiring journey, I neglected to do thorough research. I strongly advise avoiding this establishment. If possible, I would rate it negative 5 stars. The overall experience was quite disappointing, and it's unfortunate that the hotel management did not prioritize guest satisfaction. It's important for establishments to address such issues promptly and responsibly to maintain a positive reputation.

Hotel is ok for a quick visit. Its clean and located in a convenient area to restaurants and shopping. Walls are thin and close to highway so expect some noise. The pool was dirty, our eyes starting burning after 30 minute swim. Others sharing the space had same issue as well. Overall just ok.

The person at the front desk was very good - recognized we were traveling with 6 and made sure we had the sheets for the sofa bed. She was friendly and helpful. The hotel felt clean and i love the lighted mirror in the bathroom. Breakfast was good too. Would stay there again.

The hotel was acceptable and generally clean but definitely needs some updating based on stays at other Holiday In Express hotels. Definitely didn't fit the high rating it currently has in *******.

Coffee maker doesn’t work, staff is not friendly at all

We paid for the larger suite hoping to have a good experience. We actually had to put the air on.. the room was so hot we couldn't even sleep... It was terrible...we were debating jumping in the shower at midnight..no matter how low we put heat.. it was super hot ..we also couldn't get cool water out of the bathroom sink to wash our face to cool down.. it was only warm and hot....my son wanted to take a sip in the pool... He said it was cold. . then a family with five children were in there screaming at the top of their lungs and jumping on each other., he was in there for 10 minutes and wanted to get out...it was frustrating when you pay that much for one night and it was more stress than anything... breakfast included was pretty good...
