The hotel, including its rooms, had an unpleasant odor that seemed to be related to mold. Unfortunately, the management's response to this issue left much to be desired, as they were unwilling to provide a refund despite their inability to address the situation effectively. In hindsight, I realize that the requirement to prepay for the stay should have served as a warning sign, but after a long and tiring journey, I neglected to do thorough research. I strongly advise avoiding this establishment. If possible, I would rate it negative 5 stars.
