斐濟南方十字口酒店(Southern Cross Hotel Fiji)

Building has aged without proper renovations to structure which is a shame as it has classical revival features. Room was sizeable but had a strong smell, stained furniture, no hot water, no tea/coffee. Buffet breakfast was very basic and I would recommend excluding it. No security deposit required, check in and out was a breeze. Double check Seoul takeaway prices if ordering in room as prices vary from menu. Location is the most positive aspect but wouldn't recommend hotel at all.

This is by far one of the worst and debilitating hotel I've ever been too. The front desk/receptionist in the duration of my stay wasn't picking up any call from my room and so you literally had to go down to the lobby to make any inquiry or request. The room photos shown on their profile is nothing close to the awful state of the room. Further to that the rooms don't have irons and when requested for one at reception they become defensive and states that they have limited numbers of it and that it's being occupied in other rooms. Most of the resources are old and deserve a home in the rubbish dump.

This hotel must have been grand in it's younger days. The reception lobby looks good and the staff are polite and friendly. The rooms are fairly big, but need to be updated. Lighting is dim. The shower cubicle is a bit smaller than usual but water is hot and at a good pressure. The hotel is within walking distance of the town center. The included breakfast is sp**** (bread, no toaster, butter & jam, baked beans from a can, scrambled egg, pathetic looking sausages and sachet coffee. The room does grow on you and becomes more welcoming and cozy in a day or two. One big problem was that the beds are on wheels and move around on the wooden floor. No leaning with a pillow on the wall to read at night as the bed will immediately skid away from the wall. PLEASE REMOVE THOSE BED WHEELS. Parking is limited if you have a car. The free wifi was not good at all

Very poor hotel, run down, water pressure is off from 10pm until 7am every day for the 3 days spent there. Old and facilities with bedbugs Never going back. Breakfast wad included but was never served to us and reception never answers the phone. Pathetic

One of the worst hotel to stay. Will never recommend any one to stay at this hotel . Have very bad experience so we chaked out earlier . overall standard of this hotel is very poor.

The room wasnt what i expected. Iwanted a presidential suite but was offered a 2 bedroom dirty room. Not worthwhile booking Wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Decent, clean room and friendly staff. Don't really like the door lock for the room though, it's a bit flimsy and difficult to unlock with the key. The breakfast provided was decent and basic. Would be nice to have some fruit as well... whatever fruit is in season.

The staff was friendly and helpful as was the staff of Seoul restaurant located at the property.

No hanger in the closet!! No shampoo, no tooth bruch and toothpaste...If you want to have a breakfast, you should use wet plate and wash it by yourself. And then, other guest will use it, again. I saw roach under the toaster.
