納索索島別墅

Stayed at Villa 105. We were picked up at the airport by the wonderful Holly and she honestly made this trip great for us. She picked up our luggage when the airline finally found it. We had breakfast delivered everyday at the villa and one night we had a private dinner. Holly drove us everywhere and picked us up. She set up our in villa massages and other services around Nadi. We had the floating breakfast our last morning. They hold luggage in case you have a late flight. They charge per "taxi" and extras (i.e. massages and private dinners). Breakfast was included. The villa itself was clean and stocked with cooking utensils. Housekeeping came if you asked. It is a bit isolated but the private beach was amazing and the sunrise from the balcony was beautiful. Just a tip: everyone runs on island time so always account for extra time to get to places.

Purpose of our stay was celebrating milestone birthdays, 70th and 5 year old. Disappointing from the time we arrived. No transfer on arrival. We were given an unsatisfactory explanation from the staff at main office re. Transfer. We stayed at Villa 84. My sister and I arrived early and decided to swim in the pool. Staff member made coffee and hung around. We did not want to entertain but we were not rude. Shared spaces needed a good wipe down. We used wipes we had to do that. The fridge was dirty and still had items in it from possibly previous stay. We had staff coming and going from the Villa unannounced throughout. We could see only the bins in our rooms were emptied. We figured the pool guy cause he did what was required and left with out a word each time. We had to request for cleaning items and towels. We got them near the end of our stay. You advertise on your website all the services you provide for a top class stay but we did not receive any of it but we paid and expected a quality experience. We had 9 adults and there were only two single couches in the living room. We appreciate the request for a baby cot was provided. The pool was a highlight but please fix the tiles. My nephew was cut from it and we did notice a few tiles missing. There is so much potential for a great stay and a better service. We haved stayed at other resorts in Fiji and received quality service and great experiences. Disappointing that we will not recommended Naisoso Villa to anyone.
