I was debating whether to book my stay at this hotel, as I was reading several bad reviews beforehand. However, since I knew that all I would need was a bed to sleep in, I believed that it could not be that bad, as I just wanted something cheap - therefore, I thought that it was worth it. However, already when arriving to the hotel, the check in area was very inconvenient and dirty. The hallways outside my hotel room smelled horrible, and I had to hold my breath every time!! The room itself was very dirty, and I felt uncomfortable touching anything. Overall, this is without doubt the worst experience I have ever had staying in a hotel. I would not recommend this place to ANYBODY!! Even, if you are looking for a cheap place to stay - this is not worth it anything. Only good thing is the location, which is very convenient - everything about the hotel is a catastrophe. Smell, cleaning, furniture - nothing is presentable in this place!

Chambre propre dans l’ensemble malgré les odeurs de cuisine, vu sur l’arrière du bâtiment loin d’être agréable , les évacuations des hottes du restaurant devant la fenêtre piques à pigeons excréments mmmm… mobilier vétuste, mais literie convenable , quelques soucis technique mais personnel réactif et agréable . L’hôtel est quand même situé à 2 pas du lac et ça c’est vraiment top . Stationnement (payant) dans la rue et parking à 5 min à pieds.

Alors, par où commencer... Tout d'abord le prix, lors de la réservation sur internet j'ai du payer le prix d'une chambre d'hôtel, c'est à dire environ 100chf. Au moment du check-in j'ai été surpris de devoir payer 70chf de + alors que cela n'etait marqué nulle part. (A aucun moment des frais de nettoyage etait indiqué) soite, ceci n'est pas le plus grand problème... Pour ce prix je m'attendais donc à une chambre de bonne qualité... Sale, des araignées au plafonds, des tâches sur les ustensiles de cuisine, des tâches sur le lit et des tâches un peu partout. La télé... le câble satellite était cassé et posé sur la télé( donc quelqu'un avait remarqué le câble cassé). Lors de la nuit, nous entendions la chambre voisine ronfler, alors qu'il etait spécifié sur le site de réservation que les chambres étaient insonorisées. L'accueil n'etait pas super, la concierge a décidé de passer l'aspirateur à 1m de nous, ce qui rendait compliqué la communication avec la secrétaire... L'évier de la cuisine était cassé.

Une catastrophe, la chambre sentait la cuisine d’en bas, le sol était collant et il y avait des marques de doigts partout. J’ai rarement vu une chambre aussi sale ! Nous avons dormi habillé et n’avons même pas voulu prendre de douche là-dedans. Une honte pour un hôtel suisse !

Das ist die schlechteste Herberge, in der ich je gewesen bin. Ich würde es wirklich nicht empfehlen. Das Zimmer war desolat und schmutzig, es gab mehrere Möbel die kaputt waren (Toilette Stuhl, Kühlschrank), das Wasser konnte nicht ablaufen, der Boden ist kratzig und unbequem zum gehen, so dass wir in den Zimmern nur mit Schuhen liefen, der Kühlschrank war ebenfalls defekt... Niemals zuvor habe ich mich in einem Hostel so unwohl gefühlt wie in den Tagen, die ich dort verbracht habe. Die Bilder auf der Webseite geben ein unrealistisches Bild ab und entsprechen ÜBERHAUPT NICHT der Realität. Ausserdem war die Strasse sehr laut tagsüber wie auch Nachts, so dass ich Mühe mit Schlafen hatte. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster war eine dreckige Dachterasse. Als ich dem Bediensteten von all diesen Punkten berichtete, schien er wesentlich uninteressiert zu sein und meinte darauf der Chef sei in den Ferien. Schlechteste Herberge aller Zeiten und einfach nur eine Unverschämtheit! This is the worst hostel I have ever been to. I would really not recommend it. The room was desolate and dirty, there were several pieces of furniture that were broken (toilet chair, fridge), the water couldn't drain, the floor is scratchy and uncomfortable to walk on so we only walked in the rooms with shoes, the fridge was also broken.... Also, the street was very noisy during the night, so I had trouble sleeping. The view from the window was a dirty roof terrace. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a hostel as I did during the days I spent there. The pictures on the website give an unrealistic picture and do NOT correspond to reality at all. When I told the staff about all these points, he seemed much less interested and said the boss was on holiday. Worst hostel ever, this is just an impertinence!

Friendly staff. My daughter liked the medicine cabinet. :) Amazing area. So close to the lake and the lakeside atmostphere.
