維琴察別墅酒店

I stayed at Hotel Victoria on my way out of Vicenza for 5 nights in November 2021. What an impressive hotel! Plenty of free parking on arrival, the lobby was large, super clean, and modern with plenty of seating. I booked a single room but was pleasantly surprised at how large the bed and room were. The bathroom was spotless and spacious. Given all of this information, the part I was most appreciative of was the staff. From the moment I checked in they were polite, attentive, and helpful. I was assisted several times over the 5 days, using their front desk printing services, borrowing the desk clerk for translation assistance, and grabbing a drink at the bar where the reception staff doubled as the bartender! Their breakfast was phenomenal! It was very extensive inclusive of hot and cold menu items, fresh fruits, yogurt, cheese, meats and all the Italian coffee you want and the breakfast staff was EXCELLENT! When I arrived in Vicenza, I stayed at another local hotel that was so awful I left after 2 days, I wish I would have known about this hotel!! Overall, my stay was outstanding, and I would highly recommend this hotel to ANYONE coming into Vicenza. It’s about a 6-minute drive to Caserma Ederle and MUCH better than other hotels that may closer. I would give them 10-stars if I could; exceptional hotel!

Nice hotel, we got a great upgrade. Big room, nicely equipted bathroom with some light features. Good big bed. Lovely breakfast. Good parking. The location just around the corner of the old town centre

我住了4夜在這酒店,爲工作,找到了非常乾淨的環境,寬的牀,絕對完美的餐廳。工作人員非常好,非常有用,既是客廳的,又是餐廳的美女,從今年起,還有午餐和晚餐服務,還有什麼服務!!!美好的菜,價格比誠實更高,大餐廳的廚房卻的部分。同樣也爲早餐提供,既是大陸的,也包括許多真正好的蛋糕,也就是用、雞蛋和奶的沙拉。我以全票推進,我肯定會因爲優秀的位置,但尤其因爲員工的環境和,這讓你總是覺得。

We booked two rooms at the hotel and both of them had mold in the bathrooms, very poor maintenance and cleaning. Also, in one room the shower floor was cracked and covered by wooden matt/slats - the underside was also moldy. Our niece is allergic to mold so we asked for her room to be changed, they only had one available starting the following afternoon - we looked at it beforehand, it still had some mold but not as bad as the previous one. After we complained about the mold and said that we would possibly move to a different hotel we were treated very coldly by one of the receptionists. I will aso add that the hotel rooms were very outdated and dingy, the hotel could use a refresh.
