密西西比州維克斯堡美洲之星娛樂場酒店(Ameristar Casino Hotel Vicksburg, Ms.)

Attention, ne vous fiez pas à l'adresse de **********... vous vous retrouverez au ****** et pas du tout à l'hôtel. Nous avons été bien accueilli mais la réception n'etant pas en face de l'entrée, certains individus,sans carte de chambre, cherchait a entrer. Pas rassurant. Nous avions un jacuzzi dans la chambre mais le fond était craquelé. Idem pour la piscine qui mériterais un nouveau liner. Peu de choix dans les snacks. Obligé de prendre la voiture pour manger. Le lit était très confortable.

Second time using the Ameristar ****** Hotel in Vicksburg. Staff at the desk are great and helpful. My room was impeccable. No issues. I'm a picky person. The room was clean and nicely laid out by the cleaning staff. Bravo!

It was not the room that shows on their website or your website. The jacuzzi only had one working jet. The towel rack was hanging off wall. Shower barely worked and could not get in the safe.

for the price… I’ve seen better places. Big building but sketchy ambiance. Near a ****** so, what can you expect!? Shady people around the lobby and the cleanliness of the rooms could be better. Shower drain was clogged. 5/10

When we got in our room and settled in we soon realized that the sink and tub was stopped up. The lady at the desk was nice and without hesitation moved us to a different room. It took a while for the water to get hot. There was some problems with the elevator as well. I only paid $52 so I guess you get what you pay for.

Very clean, close to freeway, places to eat, right on the Mississippi River and ******** across the street.

we wanted to stay close to the ******, and chose this location. unfortunately, they do not have a shuttle, so we still had to drive to the ******. room was just ok, nothing special. staff at check in were less than ok. staff at check out were an improvement. nice view of the river. easy access to the interstate.

The hotel wasn't worth the price. The first room the bed was broken, the second room the gave us, wasn't the best. Cigarette burn on blanket, dirty toliet, the refrigerator was warm and 1/4 toliet paper roll. In the morning they couldn't serve coffee after 10am as their electricity gave out???? I wont stay here again
