Lovely safari lodge, surrounded by pure nature and wildlife incl its own waterhole.  Spacious club room incl stuffed minibar. 

Очень приятный Додж. Все отлично, но завтраки и ужины могли бы быть поинтереснее.  Много зверушек на территории лоджа.

ロケーション＞ 中心地からは少し離れたザンベジ国立公園に隣接しています。 同じエリアにヴィクトリア フォールズ サファリ「ロッジ」があるので 混同しやすいですが、「クラブ」は部屋数20室の小規模ホテルです。 ジンバブエに宿泊するなら部屋からでも自然を感じられるようにと こちらに決め、その期待通り滞在できました。 部屋の様子＞ インテリアはモダンアフリカンテイストで整えられておりおしゃれで 清掃が行き届いており、洗面所、バスタブ、半個室のャワー室は 常に十分なお湯が出ます。 机上には紅茶のティーパック、インスタントコーヒー、 ネスプレッソマシーンのほかに、冷蔵庫内にあらかじめ準備された ソフトドリンクやビールは無料でした。（補充分は有料） サイドテーブルには大瓶入りミネラルウォーターあり。 ベッドは肌触りの良い白い布が美しい蚊帳付き。 夜部屋に戻ると蚊帳が下ろしてありました。 そしてベットに転がりながらでも窓越しに ジンバブエの美しい森林が一望でき、 ベランダに出ると風と共にこの地で暮らす鳥や動物たちの声が 絶え間なく聞こえてきます。 ベランダの足元や少し離れた水飲み場に動物たちが遊びにきたり、 目の前にある大木にたくさんの鳥達が羽を休めている様子なども 眺めることができました。 ラウンジ＞ レセプション奥につながるエリアにあり、 宿泊棟から少し外に出っ張った形で壁がなく、 席に座りながら部屋とは違う角度で景色を眺めることができます。 宿泊者は無料のアフタヌーンティーとカクテルタイムがあり、 私達はアフタヌーンティーだけ参加し、 お茶とともにクッキーやペストリーを頂きました。 朝食会場はすぐ隣の一段高いスペースがレストランとなり、 ビュッフェ台には野菜、果物、パン、ハム、チーズなどが並び、 *料理を別途注文することができます。 美しい景色を眺めながらゆったりと食事を楽しむことができました。 総評＞ ジンバブエの美しい緑や動物たちを眺め まるで自然の中にいるような気分を味わいながらも、 現代生活の便利さも損なわずに滞在できる調和のとれたホテルです。 スタッフの皆様も雰囲気に沿った穏やかな接客でした。 このホテルに宿泊するためにまたジンバブエを訪れたいと思いました。 素晴らしい時間を有難うございました。

Todo perfecto, es un sitio maravilloso y te atienden de 10. La comida está muy buena, los trabajadores son muy atentos y te cuidan y se preocupan por tu bienestar. Ojalá volver.

We did a lot of research on where to stay and it really paid off. If you prefer staying somewhat out of the hustle and bustle of Vic Falls and have a Bush Lodge Experience in mind, Victoria Falls Safari Club ticks all the boxes. Looking for a more upmarket option, lower occupation and more personalized service the “Club” is the better alternative to the “Lodge” having fewer rooms and dedicated butlers tending to guests’ every needs. The setting is superb with an open air lounge, viewing deck, restaurant all under one roof. Rooms have all the necessary amenities and we just loved the Nespresso machines. We were pleasantly surprised by a greeting card and bottle of Bubbly celebrating our wedding anniversary. With a regular complimentary shuttle service into town and the falls getting to where you need to be is easy and convenient. Our butler arranged for a taxi because of our movements out of these scheduled times which suited us better. He also arranged all other activities. The food is great and we enjoyed good breakfasts, afternoon tea and snacks, pre-dinner drinks and canapés and dinner. The staff serenading every night during dinner was a special touch. The fact that the Club is situated in a “no-fly zone” ensures you enjoy the sounds of the bush without the constant noise of helicopters flying over the falls. The staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is wonderful. Our butlers Wonder and Panache as well as Tracy from housekeeping made a special impression. We paid a visit to the Spa and found the service good value for money with friendly and efficient therapists. Most definitely a place to strongly recommend.

This was a perfect hotel, so peaceful and relaxing. Our standard room was large and comfortable I got up early every morning just to sit on the balcony and take in the wonderful views and watch the different wildlife coming down to the water holes. I was amazed by the complimentary things available which included free laundry service, free bar service in the rooms that were filled daily, afternoon tea and then later evening cocktails. The outside grounds were beautifully maintained and the swimming pool and area was clean; water a great temperature for someone like me who hates cold water. The staff were all wonderful and went out of their way to make it one of the most pleasant and relaxing part of our holiday. I would recommend the Safari Club to anyone and just regret that we were only there for 3 nights.

It is a lovely location, maybe a little far away from Victoria Falls and other attractions, but that’s part of its charm being in the National Park and there is a courtesy bus. You do get a number of animals visiting the waterhole, so keep your eyes open as the visit can be short. The club is just very peaceful and we preferred it to the lodge. We tried two restaurants and both were good. The staff a delightful, very friendly and helpful.

We were made to feel special from the moment we set foot in the club until we left! From high tea time to watching the sun go down and sundowners, to turndown bed service, laundry service, fabulous breakfasts and a wonderful dinner… the list goes on and on. The staff are exemplary- very professional, but also enjoyable to be around. We spent our anniversary here with the hope for some well-needed relaxation and it was everything we imagined. We will always remember how special our day was made with the complimentary champagne, anniversary song sung to us at dinner, congratulatory card and verbal best wishes received from so many of the staff. Thank you so much!!!!

What a gorgeous place! Set on a plateau overlooking the Zambezi National Park, the Victoria Falls Safari Club is exactly the kind of place you want to go to when you need a truly relaxing break. From the warmest of welcomes, the staff make you feel special and well looked after. They are happy to arrange whatever activities you want to do, even if you decide at the last minute and don't even charge you extra for doing that! The positives: 1. The staff are incredible. Special shoutout to Nigel, Tariro and Mbongiseni for showing genuine interest and care. 2. The views are incredible and the watering hole treats you to various wild animals coming in for a sip and dip throughout the day. I saw elephants, buffalos, zebras, bush bucks, warthogs, and several birds. 3. The shuttle into town is great and frequent! 4. The rooms are nice and large and have lovely amenities. Lots of water, tea/coffee, repellent and sunscreen provided. I appreciated the attention given to being environmentally friendly. 5. The two level pools are gorgeous and always had the perfect temperature! The one thing I struggled with was the bed. While it was nice and large, I found the mattress a little too hard. The pillows, however, were just perfect! I am writing this as I await my transport to my next destination after checking out and am already plotting ways to return here!

Victoria Falls Safari Club will forever stay in my memory. My plans were to stay here only 2 nights and head out to Hwange for 3 days of Safari. Little did I know that an injury to my knee would change every plan I had set in place. The staff at Victoria Falls Safari Club is the epitome of African Hospitality.. which is one of THE BEST that a traveler can experience. I was worried that extending my time here would be an issue. My worries were quickly forgotten when the resort manager Mr. Musonza extended my reservation. I did not have to move my room! Then came the next set of anxieties... How would I get medical attention in a foreign country? How can I even move around with this injured knee? ....Once again, Mr. Musonza and his team put me at ease. A doctor appeared at my door to evaluate the extent of my injury. Shortly after his visit, a pharmacist delivered my meds, crutches and knee brace. This type of care was consistent until the day I drove off the property. Injury drama aside, the entire staff at Victoria Falls Safari Club played an important part in highlighting the excellent service that the resort is known for. Their professionalism, warm and welcoming personalities are the pillars of the resort. If I could suggest 1 "Must do" activity here, it is the Vulture Culture. It is not your typical "touristy" activity, but rather an enlightening one. One of the most spectacular events to witness.

Had a great short stay at Vic Falls Safari Club and highly recommend the place. It is very hot in this area, so air-conditioning is vital. The Lodge provides large sleeping quarters, complete with mosquito nets and super cool, air-conditioned rooms. We were well looked after by capable, friendly and efficient staff.

The staff were incredibly helpful, on arrival explaining the services available. This included sundowner drinks in the bar/ restaurant area, the Boma drum show and restaurant, the vulture lunch and the shuttle bus to the falls! The rooms were very spacious and comfortable with complimentary mini bar which meant watching sun set in the balcony was amazing!
