Beautiful✨️✨️✨️✨️ The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay so enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was 👌👌✨️

Despite the price was a tad steep, everything was excellent during our trip. The driver of free shuttle service was so attentive to introduce each stop snd reminded the pick up time on our way to Victoria Falls. Room itself was small yet clean with spectacular waterhole view. Shortfall was our room was too far from the waterhole itself. Nonetheless their service and breakfast were of top notch and view from the restaurant was unbeatable. What a mesmerizing stay!

We loved the attention to detail. Everything need was considered and addressed. We give it 10 stars. The staff was amazing especially Zebulen, the rooms were luxurious, the food top notch and the views... so peaceful and overlooking the water hole with the sunset. We are planning a teip back to see it after rainy season!

This place is not handicapped accessible. I was not able to walk all the steps to go up and down to various locations even in your room you had to go down steps from the bathroom to get to the bedroom. The staff was awesome. The breakfast was great

Beautiful Setting, Disappointing Stay The hotel’s surroundings and restaurant setting are undeniably beautiful, creating a promising first impression. However, the condition of the rooms leaves much to be desired. From the perspective of the accommodations alone, this wouldn’t even qualify as a 3-star hotel. On our first day, our room wasn’t cleaned at all. When we brought it to the staff’s attention, the cleaning lady arrived around 6 pm, clearly unhappy, and failed to restock basic necessities like shampoo or toilet paper. The second day was even worse—housekeeping left the balcony door open, allowing a swarm of insects into our room, making it impossible to sleep. Overall, while the price suggests an upscale four-star experience, the service and room quality barely meet the standards of a two-star establishment. In general, we found Zimbabwe to be extremely expensive, with everything vastly overpriced. While the natural beauty is undeniable, we will not be returning. If we decide to visit this area again, we would opt for Zambia instead.
