維多利亞麗晶海濱套房酒店(Victoria Regent Waterfront Hotel & Suites)

What matters to me, in the end, is that I get a good sleep. Noise from local pub or nightclub kept me awake until almost 2 a.m. With earplugs it was better but could not avoid the vibration of the constant bass. I can't blame a hotel for the surrounding noise but I would not stay in this hotel again unless I could afford the water side where we stayed once before and it was fabulous!

El servicio del personal es excelente, muy amables y siempre te brindan la mejor información, viajamos con un bebé y era difícil tomar Uber y el chico de Recepcion nos ayudó a pedir un taxi van y nos llevo hasta la estación bc ferries, la vista de la habitación inigualable, súper amplia y limpia, toda la familia disfruto mucho la hab two bedroom, cocina y sala con sofá cama, ideal para familias grandes, además de que se ubica cerca de todo!!!nos encanto

It was very hot inside the room at night and the window only opens a fraction. If you want some air you need to open the balcony doors in the lounge and then leave the bedroom door open but then it is both loud and too bright. Very cheap and overstuffed pillows made for an even less comfortable night’s sleep. Central location and secure parking are the most redeeming features.

Check-In was super easy. Paras did a fantastic job of letting us know when the room was ready. He was very friendly, and accommodating. The cleaning staff were great, and made quick work of our room while we were out exploring. The room was stocked withh all the extras that we needed (cutlery, bottle opener, fridge, wine glasses, coffee maker, robes). Great job!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent, puisque près de nombreux commerces et restaurants. Nous avons eu la chance d"obtenir une vue sur l'eau. Le personnel est courtois et très serviable, toujours prêt à répondre à nos demandes.

This property is perfect in every way. The views are spectacular and you can easily walk the harbor to restaurants, shopping, China Town and Fisherman's Wharf. Sitting on the deck watching the float planes and taking the water taxis is entertaining.

Good service and a decent view of Vancouver... but the hotel was only slightly better than average... Perfumed hallways (why?) and it was loud outside because of being in a busy area with venues.
