維多利亞萬楓酒店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Victoria)

The facility is quite old and could use some updates. Breakfast choices were limited, but what was provided was OK. The room shows where and tear the drawers to the dresser, continued to open. Check in was easy in the staff was nice, but the elevator was filthy because of all the construction going on.

When i first got there the lady at the desk checked us in mind you i paid for a king when we got to the room it was not a king it was a queen so i went back to the front desk and she said that is our king i said no its not i told her to go look it was not a king so i asked what it would cost for an upgrade so she looked and said i can give you the king suite at no extra charge so we go up there and now thats a king size bed very happy with it even though we only slept 3 hours had to get up and leave.

nothing ac not working in hallways. smell of mold in rm. furniture out dated and worn. humid in rm.

The place was quiet and there are shopping stores and places to eat around the hotel. The only thing was that there was hair on the bathroom floor and wall. There was also a shirt and pants hanging in the closet. The cleaning person didn't do his or her job because these things were overlooked.

Great customer friendly, and very nice, clean place to stay. Good Job. Keep it up.

It unfortunately was not worth the price. Our tv never connected to the wifi ( 3 young kids) and the maintenance man was gone for the weekend . The breakfast was less than ok. Lots of outdated things that need to be replaced. However the front desk staff was friendly and the location was great

Toilet ran all night. Ceiling in need of repair. Key to room didn’t work.

The staff was very helpful and nice was well set up. and the room . But as someone who needs gluten-free meals, I was most appreciative that they had GF muffins available.
