勞拉點酒店(Inn at Laurel Point)

The room, though tidy, had a very noisy air conditioner, making it hard for me to sleep for two nights. When I brought it up at the reception, it seemed they were already aware but indifferent. No Jacuzzi or sauna facilities were available, and my room wasn't refreshed after the first night. The towel robe was too small for a guy. Despite the decent breakfast, the lunch was mediocre, and we discovered a live spider in the salad. Although promptly addressed, we couldn't eat salad after that. The overall experience left me dissatisfied with my stay.

The hotel was easy to get to from the government street, and parking options were underground behind a security gate which you can only access with your guest card. Staff were friendly and professional and the property was clean. Room was great, as the view that looks out to the west harbour had planes and ships coming and going. Which you don't really hear unless your window is open. Some minor complaints: The shower head had terrible water pressure, it felt like bathing under a weak faucet. The toilet took way too long to flush, around 20 seconds of the water swirling which was loud. The heating system in the room would come and go every minute, which will be a loud drone. Overall: hotel was great paired with the view and accessibility. Very close to all the points of interest and could be walked if willing. Would stay again if the complaints are addressed.

Is not a 4 stars hotel that people had rated. I did paid for 4 stars price cost about $280plus. But don’t think the hotel worth the value. Front desk staff was nice, lobby was nice but the room in my point of view is a bit outdated. My bathroom doors doesn’t close properly. Shower pressure was low almost drizzling. If you have a long hair to wash, it will take forever to wash your hair. They also charge $24 for parking. There are a few hotels around that charge less on the parking and property is way newer. For the same amount of price, I would look for something else.

We had a situation which we shared and they did not address it. We have stayed there 3 times before and gave raving reviews, we received feedback right away. So far no comment on our disappointing experience after 5 days. There are tons of options in Victoria so will stay somewhere else on our next visit.

The room was well-laid out and had all the amenities and storage we needed. View was excellent as well the balcony. Nice staff throughout..loved having a good dinner option right in the hotel without having to drive anywhere.Highly recommend.

There is nothing this hotel can do to improve - it is a perfect slice of heaven. Beds and like clouds, the pillows are dreamy. The staff are so courteous & welcoming. We just checked out and are already to check back in. Views from the rooms are awesome!
