The hotel and room had a dirty smell, the pool was dirty, and the closet shelf in room was dirty. I request two additional towels and was told they did not have extra towels. The pool area did not have towels and the vending machines were out of order.

First room I was given the a/c was broken. It was 90 degrees in the room. Asked for a new room. They gave me the one directly next store. Walked in and the a/c was off and the temp read 88 degrees. These folks should know tinder the a/c temp reasonably so their guests are not walking into a sauna. Went down and cancelled my stay. The rooms and hallways were also visibly dirty. Would never stay again and highly recommend you don’t either.

Nice room & we loved that the room had a ceiling fan.

Location is terrible because of huge median on the road.

TV remote did not work. Message about linings and being charged for them (they were in bad shape. Requested toilet tissues... Ended up using box of Kleenex.

The on site manager was super nice are room was super clean and breakfast was hot and delicious loved it

Very friendly front desk at check in and out. Comfortable room and bed and the breakfast was really good! Will stay again!

Real honesty, I have stayed in really terrible places and really extravagant places. This is in the middle, nice but not the cleanest it should be. The lobby is nice, clean and bright with plenty of seating. There were plenty of tables for the free breakfast, always a plus. The staff was great, check in and out were a breeze!!! The 2nd floor smelled like rotten garbage. The towels were dingey, stiff and smelled like grease. The floor was disgusting, with debris along the walls. There were stains and spills on the floor and the dust ruffle was filthy. The sheets, pillows, and duvet were good, except for old blood stains at the end of the duvet. The bed was comfy and I slept great, so that was excellent. I did not use the shower bc the mat was grey with stains and I didn't wavy to use the towels. Overall, it could be way cleaner and it could be dirtier, so it's your preference. I most likely would not stay there bc I need cleaner, but for workers there staying a while, it's a comfortable place that you don't have to worry about getting dirty! I know this is in a small town, but cleanliness is not that hard to achieve. That's my only complaint.
