Tutto bene, sia servizio che pulizia che posizione. Comodo per spostarsi con la Ubahn e girare tutta la città.

Super Lage (kein Öffi-Ticket gekauft), sauberes Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Man bekommt den ganzen Tag gratis guten Kaffee beim Frühstücksautomaten und kann ihn dann in der schön gestalteten Lounge genießen. Das Parken in der Gerngross-Garage war sehr teuer. Ein Angefangener Tag wird anscheinend als ganzer Tag gerechnet. Bei 2 Übernachtungen zahlt man also für 4 Tage. Vielleicht könnte die Unterkunft da eine Alternative anbieten.

Struttura in posizione molto comoda per raggiungere facilmente il centro. La metro è a pochi passi. Camera molto piccola, ma graziosa e pulita. Non ci sono armadi e non è molto pratica se si arriva con un bagaglio grande. Disponibilità di caffè e te inclusi nella tariffa h24. Nella reception c’è sempre cattivo odore motivo per il quale lasciano le finestre aperte h24. Nota dolente il prezzo. Saremmo stati soddisfatti se avessimo pagato 120-130€ a notte la camera. Non ne vale di più. Avendo pagato più di 250€ a notte, colazione esclusa, il giudizio non può essere positivo. Peraltro abbiamo avuto uno spiacevole problema in fase di prenotazione. Abbiamo chiamato a mezzanotte la struttura perchè stavamo prenotando tramite agoda e volevamo avere più informazioni sulle camere disponibili, in quel momento solo due. Ci hanno risposto al telefono dicendo che erano rimaste solo due stanze. Abbiamo chiesto conferma del prezzo direttamente alla struttura, che di solito, riesce ad offrire una tariffa più competitiva. Ci ha informato che il prezzo esposto su agoda era sbagliato. Non essendo stato competitivo, ho prenotato direttamente tramite agoda e ho ricevuto conferma della prenotazione alla tariffa di 698€ per tre notti. Peccato che 1 minuto dopo la prenotazione è stata cancellata, sono stata immediatamente rimborsata da agoda ed il prezzo è salito a 772€, sul sito dell’hotel a 850€. Il servizio clienti Agoda mi ha spiegato che non sono riusciti a confermare la prenotazione perché se la struttura attua un aumento prezzi e rifiuta la prenotazione, questa viene immediatamente cancellata e rimborsata. Le camere rimaste dopo questo “giochetto” erano ancora 2, per cui nessuno ha prenotato in contemporanea. Che dire? Soggiorno piacevole ma non vale la presa in giro. Prenotate senza contattarli direttamente. Io non tornerò più

My partner and I booked to stay at the Hotel Schani Salon based on the online reviews for a long weekend in Vienna, We decided to book the Hotel Schani Salon as all of the reviews seemed overwhelmingly positive! I wish I had viewed some of the photos online, however the reviews where so positive on here and other sites that we decided to book. We stayed for three nights with our room including the buffet breakfast, For anyone considering booking this hotel, Please be aware that "hotel" should be used to describe this accommodation very loosely, It is more like a serviced apartment. The building of the hotel is located in the centre of the shopping high street of Vienna which is incredibly busy and noisy, The hotel is actually on only one floor of a shared communal apartment building with a shared entrance, lift and stairs and you are sharing this with other residents and people, The hotel is on one floor of this building with the reception, lobby, bar and breakfast area the same room with the guest rooms adjacent to this room. When booking we had chosen a city view room (Not realising the view was of Pull & Bear and would be unbearably noisy to the point we couldn't sleep due to the noise from the busy high street outside, We where unaware the rooms would be on this level when booking), The room was also very small, narrow and claustrophobic. Due to the issues with the noise and the fact we where unable to sleep, We spoke to the hotel reception and asked if we could move rooms for the remaining two nights of our stay, We where then told by the receptionist that it was not possible to move rooms due to being fully booked, however there was an alternative room for the next two days which we could be moved to in the morning, We then re-packed our belongings and bags ready to move rooms the following morning. The following morning came and we where then told by a different member of staff that there was no alternative room available and they suggested we try using ear plugs which we didn't feel was a particularly helpful suggestion, We went back and forth and where told the member of staffs "hands where tied" despite us being told there was another room available for us. We then had to contact American Express Travel who we had booked the stay through to try and find a resolution and alternative accommodation. American Express then contacted the hotel and where able to resolve the situation on our behalf with a different room being allocated, however this meant having to check out at 10am and check back-in to the newly allocated room at 3pm, which meant for 5 hours we essentially had no room. We where also extremely disappointed that this was only resolved once American Express had contacted the hotel. We where allocated a different room which was at the back of the hotel and quieter, Our stay was unfortunately full of issues, The first room had no shampoo and only hand wash in the shower, We also found the breakfast offering extremely disapp

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind sehr stylisch Eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen direkt an der U-Bahn U3. Sehr zentral für die Besichtigung des Museum, es hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie auch Restaurants. Das Hotel würde ich jederzeit empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Super.... weiter so. :-)

Unserer Meinung nach riecht es in der Lobby/Frühstücksraum sehr unangenehm somit waren wir froh, dass wir kein Frühstück (22€ pro Person) dazu gebucht hatten. In den umliegenden Cafés kann man mit wesentlich mehr Charme günstiger frühstücken.

Super Service. Tolles junges Team - ist rund um die Uhr da. Scharmantes kleines Hotel. Sehr zentral in der Mariahilferstrasse. Trotzdem ruhig Kleine, gemütliche und kreative Zimmer. Wir kommen wieder!

Zimmer eher klein, aber perfekte Lage für uns. Das Frühstück für 22 Euro pro Person empfanden wir als zu teuer. Toll, dass es im Zimmer einen Wasserkocher gab. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist sehr angenehm.

We visited Vienna in June during a heatwave. Our room was always a comfortable temperature, and I enjoyed its pleasant and stylish design. The location of the hotel is great: you can walk west to the museum quarter, or walk north to explore the Neubau district.
