歌劇院酒店(O11 Boutique Hotel Vienna)

It seems like the hotel staff are not professional, the facilities are limited, and the behavior of the employees lacks professionalism. When I returned to the hotel, I didn't find the bed properly arranged, and even the trash in the room hadn't been completely collected. Honestly, its name should be a hostel, not a hotel. I was very dissatisfied, not only with the service but also with the lack of proper hospitality behavior. The only positive aspect is its proximity to the shopping center.

This hotel has set a seriously high bar for any future hotels we stay in; it was amazing. The first thing we loved was its location which was close to everything we wanted to see/do. The second thing was how incredible it smelt when we walked in! Every person we dealt with spoke perfect English and was extremely accommodating and kind. The room was beautiful, clean and everything we had hoped for; a few more pods for the coffee machine would’ve been handy! The only negative was the breakfast. It was extremely pricey for what we got. However, it was quite tasty! We would stay here again over and over; it was the perfect Chris**as treat.

the hotel lived up to its name, "boutique".... what they lacked in resources, they made it up with their personalized service, especially during breakfast. Front desk folks had been terribly helpful. the property is within 10 min walk to vienna's famous walking street. plenty of eateries around. tram, bus and underground are just merely 5 min away. and during chris**as season, there're several chris**as markets nearby...the furthest being just 3 tram stops away.

Booked a junior suite and it was quite comfortable, clean and quiet. Not sure if cleaning is daily, but fresh towels are provided each day and bed is remade. Nespresso coffee maker in suite. Kettle provided upon request.

숙소 바로 앞에 트램과 지하철, 버스가 모두 있어서 대중교통으로 다니기 벨베데레 궁전과 쇤브룬궁전에 가기 좋았습니다! 그리고 왠만한 곳은 다 걸어서 갈 수 있어서 위치와 교통 모두 만족스러웠어요. 위치 하나만 보고 결정했었는데 위치는 물론이고 리모델링해서 내부 인테리어도 깨끗하고 침구도 청결하고 좋았습니다!! 다음에 또 비엔나에 가게되면 또 예약하고 싶습니다!

O11 is a lovely boutique hotel located in the perfect spot across from the famous opera house in beautiful Vienna. Almost all tourist areas are within walking distance. For the few locations that are not nearby, the underground U Bahn is easily accessible within a block of the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which has a good variety of items available from 7am to noon.

Super Lage, gutes Frühstück, aber sonst bietet das Hotel als 4stern Hotel nicht den Service, den man von einem 4stern Hotel erwarten kann. Die Juniorsuiten schauen in den dunklen Lichtschacht.
