Camere ampie e pulite , gentilezza del personale , palestra e spa molto carini , ottima qualita del cibo ma il top e la conodità del letto !! Posizione comoda a pochi passi dai mezzi per raggiungere il centro ! Consigliato

I liked the quaintness of this establishment. The hotel staff were very polite and knowledgeable. I don't really have anything to compare this to except two other establishments in Piding and Budapest that came later. I would say it was better than both of those places I stayed at.

Good: value for price,;helpful, knowledgable and friendly staff (kitchen, check-in, breakfast—everyone); small but very functional and comfortable room; comfortable bed; good high-pressure hot water,;old solid oak doors and high ceilings; very clean and well-maintained (everything worked); great restaurants (Retsina, Lindberg, etc.) in the neighborhood Bad: Internet was unusable from my room; duplicate EMail requests from hotel to fill out pre-checkin information; no restaurant beyond breakfast (but see above); expensive and blaisé breakfast and coffee (this is Vienna, for gosh sakes!); small stairway up from street-level entrance (a slight challenge for handicap accessibility, for example) Verdict: I'll certainly book here again on my next Vienna trip.

Unacceptable business we booked a double room through Booking based on the photos they had in that room 100€/per night and they gave us a very old and dirty room that did not correspond to the photos, when we complained the answer was that we booked a double room and that it's a double room can't do anything else and stay in it. They did not accept to refund the money to leave or give compensation. They are scammers. They have and a sticker under the table for a privius Tourists.

I stayed in the flat from January 2021 to May 2022 for work at Lifebrain. Exquisite family management, maximum helpfulness and reliability from the managers and all staff. Excellent value for money. Located in one of the best areas of Vienna (Penzing), it allows quick access to the centre of Vienna. I highly recommend this establishment for families with children, school groups and for business stays.

L'hotel non è esattamente in zona centrale, ma è ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici. Nelle camere ci sta la moquette xò vengono pulite giornalmente... La colazione è buona... Ma Se cercate un posto privo di barriere architettoniche questo non è sicuramente il luogo adatto... Per il resto xò non male... In linea con un tre stelle.

Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer für zwei Personen gebucht. Zu erst fiel mir bereits auf, dass offenbar Bauarbeiten im Hotel stattfinden. Bei der Buchung wurde das nirgends bekannt gegeben. Gut, als Touristen wollten wir sowieso nicht so viel im Hotel sein und wir ließen uns nicht stören. Schlimm wurde es aber, als mitten am Tag an der Außenwand des Hotels gearbeitet wurde. Bauarbeiten stellten ein Gerüst auf, es wurde in Wänden gebohrt - unfassbar! An sich müssten wir das Geld zurück verlangen, da wir nie gebucht hätten, wenn man uns Bescheid gesagt hatte. Wir überlegen, das Hotel auch bei der Tourismuskammer zu melden. Den halben Tag Lärm, vor dem Fenster laufen Bauarbeiter auf und ab und schauen ins Zimmer...unglaublich, sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt! Zusätzlich ist uns aufgefallen, dass das Person scheinbar trotz Krankheit arbeitet, und das ohne Maske. Mehrere Putzkräfte scheinen krank zu sein (husteten ständig, auch in den Zimmern beim putzen) und werden wohl gezwungen zu arbeiten. Wir haben keine Maske getragen weil es nicht mehr Pflicht ist, aber "sicher" haben wir uns nicht gefühlt im Hotel. Insgesamt eine Katastrophe! Auf keinen Fall buchen!
