Wir waren für eine Woche in Wien und haben nach ausreichend Platz und Balkon gesucht und im Best Western Plus Celebrity Suites gefunden. In unmittelbarer Nähe (5 Gehminuten) ist die nächste U-Bahn Station und Donaukanal sowie die Donauinsel sind auch gleich um die Ecke. Den Prater kann man, wenn man gerne läuft, auch gut zu Fuss erreichen. Supermarkt und Geschäfte sind auch in der Nähe.

Hôtel bénéficiant d'une situation avantageuse par sa proximité du métro ( 500 mètres) et de commerces. Chambre très propre, confortable et très bien équipée ( sèche cheveux, réfrigérateur, four, plaque chauffante, vaisselle, etc.). Petit déjeuner varié. L'accueil et le service ont été très chaleureux et efficaces. Je recommande. De la part d'un passionné d'acteurs Français!

Un séjour de 7 jours dans une Suite : Salon avec kitchenette et canapé lit plus chambre dernier étage . Très calme , service tous les jours pour ramassage poubelle . Petit-déjeuner parfait . Tous le confort souhaité et personnel accueillant et serviable. Un trés bon compromis pour visiter Vienne Merci a vous et ne changez rien.

Hotel consigliato..noi abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento al terzo piano molto spazioso e con cucina ben attrezzata. La stazione metro è vicina e raggiungibile facilmente a piedi, con circa tre fermate si arriva direttamente in centro. Se necessario è disponibile anche il parcheggio. Staff cortese e disponibile.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I paid in advance 3 days and 2 nights. There was no hot water in the room. On two occasions, I told the staff that there was no hot water and that I could not take a shower. They said that they would call the plumber and that he is on his way to come. When I returned to the room in the evening, still nothing from hot water.On the way out - check out, they asked me if everything was okay, of course, I said it wasn't because I didn't take a shower in a 4-star hotel, that they didn't solve the problem with hot water even though I told them... The boy at the reception just smiled and said - sorry. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, the service is nothing, the basic need of every traveler - to wash themselves, they have not solved. Terrible. horror.

Don’t even consider this hotel. You have to make up the sofa bed yourself. Linen dirty and smelt when go to make it up. The shower leaked a yellow poo brown liquid that we had to put towels over it so we could stand in the bathroom (They claim modern bathrooms). Room not serviced, no new towels and rubbish not removed even though we had sign on the door to make room up. Claim it’s a fully equipped kitchen, well no toaster and the cooking device has no instructions and the pans are out of shape from excessive heat and dirty. No tea towel provided and no dishwasher tablets. You have to buy the coffee pods to use in the room for coffee. The Asian front desk person couldn’t have cared and just said to complain to manager next day. I walked into reception the next day to hear how abruptly and disgustingly he was speaking to a guest so I didn’t even bother speaking to him. Such a disappointing stay and disappointed Qantas Airlines even recommend this place. Don’t waste your money as there are far better hotels than this 1 star accommodation.
