Eccetto una cameriera, personale scostante e molto sgarbato. camere con mobili vecchi e squallidi, sistema di luci insufficienti ( impossibile farsi la barba, un’impresa truccarsi), moquette ovunque, sporca e scolorita, vasca e non doccia, no aria condizionata. set di “scortesia” per quanto ridicolo. colazione varia ed abbondante, ma cibo e bevande di scarsissima qualità.

Check in was very simple and the hotel was nicely decorated throughout. The room was lovely with very soft beds and all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was stunning with a deep, reclining bathtub to rest after a day in Vienna. The breakfast the following day was a ample continental spread that was topped up regularly. We had an amazing stay.

Bien situé pour visiter Schoenbrunn. Accès bus et métro direct pour aller au centre. Hôtel familial, simple et propre. Bel accueil de la propriétaire. Par contre serveur efficace mais très antipathique, limite poli. Dommage!

only compliments, the dinner was very fine. We had Kaiserschmarren and delicious pork tenderloin with chestnut sauce. The service The room was quiet. The staff was really very nice, especially the girl which was present when we arrived and served the dinner.

Great stay at a lovely hotel for a great price, close by to one of my favorite historic sites in Vienna, Schönbrunn.
Great place to stay for families, couples or single travelers if you are looking for a great place with historic charm, friendly staff and good food. Conveniently located right on the 56/58 bus line which can connect you directly to the Am Platz or Hietzing U-station.

It is an old property poorly maintained. The restroom does not have ventilation and the Pipe was Clogged in the tub.

Good location for us, with cheap daily parking option. Proximity to Schonbrunn was excellent.
Overall, cleanliness was fine...just the carpet needed to be better vacuumed.

Staff was wonderful, friendly. If it says "air conditioned", it means desk fans. Food was excellent. Parking very limited.

I booked a room through **********. I cancelled the booking within the window for free cancellations. The hotel charged me $120 anyway. I contacted the hotel several times through email and through **********. The hotel never responded. ********** also contacted the hotel, but the hotel declined to refund the money. Bad business practice. I have no recourse but to leave a bad review.
