Una buena nota no solo se consigue por la calidad de las instalaciones o por la amabilidad de los empleados, tambien por las sensaciones que tienes al entrar y al estar en los lugares donde te alojas. En el Blue Horizon, las sensaciones fueron increíbles, de estar y poder disfrutar de un lugar privilegiado.

This place is run but crooks who want nothing more than to take your money and give you nothing in return but trouble and "that's the policy" when you have an issue. I'll spare the whole story but it goes something like: - I need to leave a day early for a family emergency - NO, you'll have to pay for the entire stay regardless - I'd like to talk to your manager - "we don't have a manager" - Will a bottle of champagne (cheap $3) make you feel better - No I find out later the place is run by a guy who went bankrupt leaving his creditors Millions of Dollars in debt and is clearly only out to line his pocket not provide any kind of service whatsoever.

Excelente experiencia. El staff fue muy atento y servicial. Definitivamente una de las mejores opciones de hospedaje, si no la mejor, en todos Vieques. Piscina infinity espectacular, restaurante con muy buenas opciones. Trato genial

Jose es magnifico, siempre muy atento y amigable. Thai en la recepcion tambien siempre nos ayudo y nos atention a todas nuestras necesidades.

Bad experience. The room ( room #110 - goes by Mary) was terrible. No door in the bathroom. Toilet flush was not working properly. Room was not worth the price.

The room took forever to be ready. There was a huge slit in the door and when I spoke to Luis about it, he laughed in my face and told me there was nothing else available. I asked if there was anything else around the resort they could offer me because I was unsatisfied with the door, again laughed in my face and said no. I was given four bottles of water. The place is crusty. No tv. I asked for laundry service and they never came. Horrible experience. Will never come back and I don’t recommend anyone come here. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

We were very excited to stay here. Upon checking in we were excited to swim. The beach (not recommended by staff) the pool was filthy. They made up the sofa bed for us - very kind but the good stuff ends there. It said no kids but there was a 5-8 yr birthday party going on. They tried to be great at service but they didn’t have anything to offer. They were short staffed, food was horrid and coffee machine in hotel room was filthy. Moldy looking toilet flush, blood smeared on the shower wall- It had a creepy cult vibe that looks great on the website and horrid in action. I didn’t feel safe . I don’t know why but it just felt creepy and with the really bad food - and keep in mind we are on island that really has no real eatery - nearby - it was not good. I would never recommend . I would never go back again even if someone paid me.
