卡桑妮塔家庭旅館(B&B Casanita)

Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de Vieste, petite ville charmante et animée, et de notre logement BB Casanita dont nous avons adoré la décoration très soignée. Située sur les hauteurs de la vieille ville, au calme, elle offre un panorama fabuleux sur la mer. Le centre historique, les points de vue, les restaurants, la plage, tout est accessible à pied depuis BB Casanita. N'oublions pas Giulio, le maître des lieux, toujours aux petits soins pour ses hôtes tout au long de votre séjour. Il prodigue de fabuleux conseils pour découvrir Vieste, sa région et ses traditions. Nous espérons avoir la chance de pouvoir revenir en famille très bientôt...

Siamo stati in questo posto davvero magico…all ‘arrivo ho subito sentito una aria di casa,un luogo riservato ma nello stesso tempo che coinvolge L ospite e che dove ospitalità e professionalità si incontrano…tutto perfetto a partire dal profumo appena apri la porta del b e b,la nostra camera stars proprio una chicca al centro di vieste…L eleganza e il lusso si incontrano…oltre che pulizia eccellente… nota particolare che ho apprezzato la crema corpo all olio di oliva davvero spettacolare che in pochi posti trovi…(anzi fin ora il primo trovato)profumo delicato con una sensazione piacevole .Colazione davvero eccellente la migliore che ho fatto fin ora tante prelibatezze ma soprattutto di qualità dai sapori pugliesi che hanno fatto la differenza,una terrazza meravigliosa dove si gode di una vista davvero unica…A mio parere ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo..a due passi ti trovi subito in centro…un ringraziamento a Giulio persona davvero straordinaria che ci ha accompagnato per queste nostro breve soggiorno …a presto Fede e Ale

Erst alle Positiven Dinge : - Das B&B liegt am höchsten Punkt von Vieste - Es hat einen traumhaften Blick über den ganzen Ort - Bei schönem Wetter kann man schön auf der unteren Terrasse Frühstücken - Der Inhaber Giulio ist unheimmlich freundlich , sprachgewandt und bereitet ein gutes Frühstück vor . Er reserviert auch gerne für seine Gäste alles was es zu Tun / Unternehmen gibt ( Restaurants , Bottsausflüge... ) ABER : - Unser Zimmer war klein , dunkel und ( da hinter der Rezeption und unter dem Frühstücksraum ) sehr geräuschintensiv . - Parken NUR zum Ausladen möglich , dann muss man sicher in der Hauptsaison weite Wege fahren und zurückgehen , wenn man einen Parkplatz finden will. - Da das B&B am höchsten Punkt der Stadt liegt , und diese gefühlt aus nichts anderem als Stufen besteht , muss man auch immer viele ( ungleichmäßige = unergonomische Stufen ) Rauf und Runter . Trotzdem bleibt es mir Positiv in Erinnerung !!!

Notre chambre n'était pas très grande, mais très confortable. la décoration est sobre mais élégante.L'accueil est très très amical; la situation est exceptionnelle : en haut, tout en haut, de la vielle ville. Une terrasse avec une vue exceptionnelle. Petits déjeuners, sur une autre terrasse, très bons avec un hôte prévenant et de bon conseil.

Mia moglie ed io abbiamo soggiornato presso questo graziassimo B&B per 3 fantastici giorni, resi tali sicuramente anche grazie alla simpatia e cordialità del nostro host Giulio, che ci ha fornito preziose indicazioni su come godere al meglio delle meraviglie paesaggistiche e gastronomiche del posto. Rimane da citare la cura, pulizia e buongusto nell’ arredamento delle camere e la squisitezza delle leccornie assaggiate a colazione su una terrazza con vista mozzafiato. Sergio

Ottima accoglienza, amichevole e professionale allo stesso tempo. Molto buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione ottimale per visitare l'incantevole centro storico. Pulizia e attenzione ai dettagli.

The location of this B&B can't be beat, within walking distance of the waterfront, the beach, and many, many restaurants and shops. But Gulio was the topper and provided a very special experience for our first visit to Vieste. The roof top seems to be the highest point in the town and provided a fantastic point to view many of Vieste's highlights. Our room was very interesting on the bottom floor and constructed just like you would imagine in an up-scale modern castle. Gulio accommodated my gluten-free diet by bringing GF cookies and crackers after I mentioned it. The B&B was a very special place to stay, and the service was impeccable.

I was most impressed with this small and intimate B&B. Sympathetically restored building in a super position overlooking the town and resort of Vieste. Very clean, comfortable and quiet with air conditioning for those warm evenings. An amazing rooftop terrace where one can enjoy a cocktail before dining in the town. Giulio our host was friendly and informative, nothing too much trouble. Overall a great place to stay.

Just perfect!!!! Stone room is incredible. View from terrace is amazing. Giulio is very nice. Breakfast was good, a lot of it is selfmade. Dont miss to watch the sunrise from the rooftop terracce. We would defently stay there again.
