To start, upon arrival, the concierge forgot to return our passport and asked us to go to floor T. if we hadn’t asked, he wouldn’t have then scanned the passport and return it back to us. Upon entering the room, we realized it was a sealed unit. there was no window and the lights were dim. we are very discouraged in staying in. the location wasn’t the best either, it was in the middle between the pier and the town, which makes it difficult to get to either way. at the day of the check out, we were expecting to check out at the 11:30am as that was the instruction on trip.com, it just so happened that the elevator was broken, so we called for a later check out. It wasn’t until the call the lady at the concierge told me that the check out was at 11, despite trying to reason with her and let her know that wasn’t what we anticipated, she said 11 and asked us to hurry. we then of course had to pack our things and be on our way. by the way, the price of this hotel was nearly 200usd per night. for this price, I wouldn’t have expected poor concierge service and a mouldy hotel room. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone, there are a lot better choice for this price in AirBnB.

Attenzione al cliente pari a 0. Andato per il cenone di capodanno, a mia figlia che non piace il pesce, ho chiesto una variante, naturalmente avrei pagato l'extra, non si sono minimamente preoccupati di provvedere. Conclusione una bimba di 12 anni é rimasta digiuna, ALLA FACCIA DELL'ACCOGLIENZA.

Ho prenotato una camera last minute in questo hotel, inizialmente ero scettico dell'hotel ma una volta arrivato a destinazione mi sono ricreduto perché è una struttura moderna che si sviluppa verso il basso, le camere sono spaziose e comprendono molti servizi ma il punto forte delle camere è il terrazzino con vista mare, uno dei servizi migliori dell'hotel a mio parere è il solarium ottimo per farsi una giornata di mare senza stare nel caos dei lidi e delle spiagge pubbliche e di conseguenza stando in una spiaggia privata. La colazione ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative mentre il personale è stato cordiale accontentando anche la richiesta di qualche asciugamano in più. Le camere: sono moderne e nello standard, il letto è molto comodo ma il punto forte delle camere è il terrazzino La sicurezza: L'hotel è molto sicuro grazie alle serrature elettriche delle camere e al fatto che la c'è sempre qualcuno alla reception

hotel bello pulito in una posizione da sogno, a strapiombo sul mare della costiera servizio reception gentilissimo e preparato, colazione buona, camera vista mare è dire poco, vista in basso direttamente come già scritto sul mare della costiera, e vicinissimi ai "due fratelli" , con la piacevole compagnia di un nido di rondini sul soffitto del balcone che allieta a nostro avviso ancora di più il relax,ottima posizione anche verso il centro di Vietri raggiungibile comodamente a piedi consigliatissimo

Struttura con bella vista sul mare. Il completo disservizio l’ho ricevuto sulla camera (hotel teoricamente 4stelle, prezzo €220). Piccolissima, ma questo non importa… una volta in camera, ho avuto bisogno di comunicare con la reception per il non funzionamento dell’aria condizionata, ma il telefono della camera non ha dato segni di vita, infatti, quando l’ho detto al receptionist già lo sapeva. Per tornare all’aria condizionata, con il mio cellulare ho chiamato in hotel e ho esposto il mio problema. Mi hanno detto che avrebbero risolto.. infatti, al ritorno da una passeggiata, ci siamo accorti che qualcuno era entrato (abbiamo visto, sotto alla griglia dell’aria, un po’ di intonaco a terra e nello zaino di mio marito, che non si è avuto cura di spostare). A quel punto ci siamo messi a letto ma dopo un po’ ho avuto esigenza di abbassare la ventola, perché era al massimo. Non ha funzionato e quindi ho dovuto richiamare( con il cellulare) alla reception. Mi hanno detto che ci avrebbero pensato loro. Inutile dire che non è stato così. La mattina presto, dalle 6 alle 7 ho richiamato almeno 4/5 volte per pregare di spegnere, la camera era un gelo e non c’erano coperte nell’armadio, ma non ha risposto nessuno. Inutile dire che la notte è stata un grande disagio. Mi aspettavo almeno un ritocco sul prezzo…

Posizione e vista ottima, per il resto nulla di che, camere molto rumorose vista la vicina discoteca e con evidenti segni di umidità e poca cura, colazione con prodotti per lo più congelati e non di qualità. Staff Cordiale specialmente le ragazze

Bellissimo hotel a strapiombo sul mare , vista mozzafiato e solarium fantastico , colazione buonissima , da tornare sicuramente , anche se solo per una notte sono rimasta completamente soddisfatta , pulizia camera ottima , letti comodi e doccia spaziosa , complimenti

My rental car was stolen from the hotel. It’s been such a nightmare experience made worse by how it was handled. My car was parked at the hotel and my key was with the valet there. It was stolen overnight from the hotel parking lot. The hotel mentioned how sorry they were but didn’t do anything beyond that to help me out or to figure out how and why this happened and would not even allow me to check the cameras. They didn’t even offer to get me a ride back to Naples after the entire nightmare experience. I felt completely abandoned, it was like they wanted to pretend it didn’t happen and all they could offer me was “we don’t know how this could’ve happened”. It was all very suspicious and a huge let-down. I loved Italy and this horrible experience and horrible reaction from the hotel ruined all my happy memories.

唯一積極的一點是它所在的位置。我發現這家酒店很舊，整晚都沒有舒適的管道噪音。最嚴重的是，當我們像噩夢一樣醒來時，我們沒有發現我們的車停在他們的停車場，因為它被偷了。工作人員根本不了解發生了什麼，甚至連該設施的經理都不在場，而且自從視訊監控攝影機停用以來，我們甚至沒有收到任何回饋。我根本不建議將車停在飯店停車場...投訴後他們告訴我們這不是第一次發生這種情況。

Ottima location, praticamente sopra una scogliera a picco sul mare; personale disponibile e gentile: abbiamo avuto la camera prima dell'orario previsto! Pur essendoci andati in un periodo di bassissima stagione, la colazione é stata buona. Hanno un parcheggio privato e questo, lì a Vietri, é molto importante.

Location fantastica per le camere affacciate direttamente sul mare cullate dalla risacca. Prima di prenotare informarsi se sono previste feste con musica perché allora la silenziosità delle camere è seriamente compromessa come è accaduto per il mio soggiorno.

地點優越，但房間佈滿灰塵，浴室和迷你吧很髒。我們報告說缺少床被/羽絨被，但沒有提供。旅行回來後，午夜左右，我們再次報告沒有提供給我們的被子，但我們必須自己鋪床。自助早餐很普通。有禮貌的工作人員。

First room we were shown had scaffolding right off the balcony, complained that if I wanted scaffolding, I could have that back home. Moved to new room with no scaffolding. The hotel site showed tea/coffee facility in the room, no there wasn’t. It would appear they NEVER had this facility. It also showed a private beach, when we asked, they said it was closed as it was their closed season! No mention on the site that it would be closed! The temperature was 28 degrees! The nearby beach wanted 25 Euros a day for 2 small sun loungers with 1 small umbrella. The restaurant closed at 10.00 am and didn’t open until 5.00 pm and it took us 4 days of asking and complaining before we could get either a pot of hot water for tea, or for a coffee during the day. Staff varied from really grumpy to helpful and you were never sure which you were going to get. They were short on information about the local area, only saying that a bus ran into the town every hour. Be prepared to be ripped off by the taxis- ask how much the taxi should be, told 10-15 Euros - taxi driver just says 25 Euros please. Search for your coffee and lunch, they see tourists coming and ask astronomical prices! This hotel has a brilliant view of the bay but the non facilities ruined what should have been a restful holiday. Would not recommend this hotel, we will not be back.
