We stay 2 days in hotel it was really good stay and the staff are very helpful and kind and the cleanliness of the rooms was very well maintained and the swimming pool view was excelen and thanks to tamzim and Rakesh from housekeeping are very helpful while our stay

Best ever hospitality. Breakfast buffet spread is just awesome. Room amenities are beyond expectations and giving wholesome sleep. Lot of dishes in Dinner menu to relish and specially the Chaat variety. Rooms are very spacious and the best part is the softness of the pillows.

Stay is good, good ambience, food is excellent, sufficient water to be provided, cleaning is good, over all stay is pleasant

What I liked: I stayed in Vivanta for 5 weeks for an office work and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rooms are spacious, view was great (I could see Durga Temple from my room), gym was big and there was a helper in the gym which came as a surprise. Each and every staff member was very humble. The security guards, front desk staff, restaurant staff (Rajesh, Laxmi, Akshay and Arik), the room-cleaning staff, all of them were very welcoming. What I didn't like: I had to travel to rural areas every day for work. As it was difficult to find hotels to have lunch, I asked the hotel staff to pack some sprouts in a small container (it wasn't even 200ml), and they did. This continued for almost 2 weeks. One fine day, the restaurant's manager had a problem with the situation and sent his staff to say no to me. They told me that packing sprouts would be fine for 1-2 days (it was already 2 weeks by then) but continuing it would cost me 350/- plus taxes. I understand it is business but just have strict rules, better communication amongst your teams, and let the customers know beforehand so that we are not disappointed in the change of service.
