We stayed 3 nights at this lovely, centrally located hotel. The staff was professional and friendly. Their service was exceptional. They assisted us with Rodalies train schedule information, restaurant suggestions and reservations, brought up an ice bucket for my cava and checking my luggage when I arrived early. The building is beautiful, and we had lovely views from our balcony. Highly recommend.

We were only there for one night but we wish it was much longer. The hotel is a beautiful, classic building in the centre of Vilafranca. Photos on any website do not do the interior justice as it is modern and elegant using fine fabrics and materials. Best of all was the warm welcome at reception. The receptionist / manager was professional and kind and got our stay off to a great start. Thank you - we will be back.

Hotel muy bien ubicado en el centro de Vilafranca. Está rodeado de una gran oferta de restauración y con la entrada al aparcamiento delante de la puerta. Habitaciones bien equipadas y silenciosas de diseño moderno. Ducha muy amplia y cómoda. No lo califico con más puntuación debido a que el sistema de interruptores de las luces de la habitación es absolutamente caótico y de funcionamiento incomprensible. Después de un par de días hospedados aún no sabíamos cómo encender y apagar la luz normalmente. Exceptuando este detalle, me parece bastante recomendable.
