這是一次難忘的經驗。酒店和工作人員都很棒。我們在復活節期間去的，每天我們的房間裡都有一個細節。唯一要評論的是水療中心，當需求量很大時很難進入。

檢查速度快、友善、有效率。房間很好。大床，安全的陽台，非常乾淨，房間裡有茶和咖啡設施。早餐是冷熱自助餐，各方面都有不錯的選擇。泳池看起來很乾淨但沒有使用。晚餐菜單上有很多菜餚可供選擇，但還是沒有使用。

Un séjour incroyable par le cadre, l’emplacement, la qualité de l’hôtel mais surtout par le professionnalisme du personnel de l’hôtel, à notre écoute, bienveillant et tous, tous les jours très souriant! Petit déjeuner au top! Piscine dans un cadre agréable et verdoyant. Un énorme merci à Micheli, en particulier, la bartender, accueillante, pétillante, aux petits soins pour nous! Un grand merci pour son sourire et sa gentillesse ! Elle fera partie de nos merveilleux souvenirs de vacances, dans cette si belle région. Merci merci merci d’avoir rendu nos vacances si belles! 100% recommend. First of all it's very clean, which is very important to me. Staff was so lovely, and attentive, especially Pedro, he went an extra mile! Location is good, close to Marina, food was excellent. Pool was good, always had sunbeds available at any time of day. We were there for a week and it wasn't overcrowded like you get at some big hotels. Will definitely go back.

We travelled as a family of 3 for a weeks holiday. The Vilamoura Garden Hotel was fantastic. The hotel was clean, modern and quiet. Reception staff were helpful with excellent English. There is a ramp up the handful of stairs to the lift from reception. No problem for us, but this is actually quite steep for wheelchair users and they may require assistance. Our room was 114 (garden view) with a separate lounge area made into a sofa bed for our son. The bedroom was large with a free electronic safe. This was a nice surprise as we're used to being charged for the safe! There was also a free bottle of water, tea/coffee facilities and a fridge. AC was great and could be set separately in the bedroom & lounge areas. Each area had a balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Some TV channels were in English including sports and movies. The bathroom wasn't huge, but it was clean and modern and the rainfall shower over the bath was lovely. The room was cleaned and towels changed daily. There are also robes under the sink. The pool is fairly small but our son still had plenty of fun splashing round in it. We never had a problem getting a sunbed. Towels are free from reception. Breakfast is a buffet with plenty of options. There's sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, beans, mushroom, toast, cheese, meats, yoghurts, pastries & cakes, tea, coffee, OJ, water etc. Plenty of choice for our fussy 10 year old. Pedro was an absolute ray of sunshine welcoming us to breakfast every morning; so friendly and helpful. We also ate there for dinner once. The food, wine and service were good and prices in line with the marina area. The hotel is a 25 min walk to the marina. The Hilton next door has a shuttle bus that Vilamoura Garden guests can use which runs morning and evening. We took this to the beach and to/from the marina a couple of times. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the smaller boutique feel of the hotel and the excellent standard of service. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to the area.
