塞多納源宿酒店(Element Sedona)

Not exactly at sedona - roughly 15-minute drive but still very convenient

Hotel is easy to find, its newer, nice, clean, quiet inside. BUT. They dont tell you that theres an incidental charge/hold on your card that gets refunded, and they also dont mention that they charge $20 for parking, even though you're staying at THEIR hotel! Thatll keep this hotel from ever reaching 4 stars for me, let alone 5. Fees are hidden until youve paid and are checking in, and then, your room is non refundable.

I have stayed here before and love it. Unfortunately, this time wasn’t too great. There was leftover food in the refrigerator, no body wash in the shower pump, and the balcony’s concrete was destroyed like it was under construction. Nothing was enough for me to complain as I wasn’t going to move rooms after I discovered these things at different times in my stay. I just hope the hotel doesn’t lower its standards or I would stay elsewhere.

The morning staff is excellent, and we have a good breakfast, which significantly helps us. I thought nobody came to clean the room while we stayed (7 days), and we only got changed towels once. Anyway, that's fine. The area is quiet. We had a good sleep. I recommend this hotel. Yes, if this is a great hotel to stay.

The Element is a clean well let property that offers kitchenettes and kitchens in the rooms. There’s easy access to Red Rock Scenic Byway features and the Coconino National Forest. Staff is well-informed about the area and willing to provide suggestions.

The property was clean and bright and very nice. Rooms were big and bright and clean. The water flow in the bathroom sink was very weak. And there was only one clean coffee cup with a lid that didn’t fit. The coffee was not good. But really nice hotel. I would recommend.

The property is nice and clean, with nice facilities. However, the pillows and mattresses were crap, we could not sleep well.. the mattress was stained (?). Location is good, but you will pay for parking 20$ per day. Breakfast.... Average or below....
