我已經連續三年住在這家飯店了，每次都很開心。今年我去預訂的時候，他們竟然把價格定得這麼高，真是讓我吃驚。說實話，我覺得這太丟臉了。考慮到現在的情況，你們酒店絕對是最好的酒店之一，而且價格非常實惠。你覺得這很正常：每天將近300歐元。完全失望了，而且今年顯然沒辦法度假了。真可惜，你們沒能保持真正的精髓。

我們第二年回到公寓，今年他們給了我們6b，儘管我想要1b，但我還是很喜歡上面的景色。今年非常安靜，我很驚訝地發現他們留了一個迎賓包，裡面有肥皂、百潔布、抹布和其他一些東西，很貼心。只有一件事，空調效果不太好，沒有吊扇，而另一間公寓有，但他們給我們留了一個落地扇，其他一切都很好。接待處的女孩，抱歉我不記得你的名字了🤦🏻‍♀️和去年一樣迷人。今年的沙灘躺椅是6歐元。我們在Piter餐廳和Luciano披薩店吃飯，都很棒。唯一的新變化是你可以用銀行卡支付，而不是現金，希望這對任何人有幫助。樓下的音樂仍然不會打擾我和我的家人。這就是海灘和度假的氛圍。毫無疑問，明年再見。

公寓乾淨整潔，狀況良好。前台接待非常熱情友好，一切都近在咫尺。海灣周圍遍布餐廳、露台、冰淇淋店等。 Sirvent Espí 的觀景點提供無麩質甜筒和手工冰淇淋。 La Rosa de los vientos 餐廳提供無麩質菜餚和米飯，服務非常友好。 Puig Campana 餐廳則提供更精緻的美食，也非常適合享用無麩質餐點。海灣的景色美不勝收，附近還有超市（Consum 的商品種類最多，價格也最便宜，Supercor 就在海灘對面）。設施齊全，配有毛巾、床單、廚房、兩個海景露臺、客廳空調以及非常舒適的床。

Nos dieron el apartamento 1b . Esta genial la terraza es enorme y viendo el mar de frente . Estaba todo limpio tienes lavadora plancha y un tendedero grande . Te dejan bastantes toallas de baño es verdad que éramos cuatro personas . La playa la tienes a un minuto andando. Supermercado consum a dos minutos y otro Supercor alado de la playa . Es verdad que justo debajo tienes un pub con música todo el día pero a mí y a mí familia no nos ha molestado para nada es más me gusta ese ambiente de playa y vacaciones. Las tumbonas de la playa son a cuatro euros y la sombrilla también y están todo el día hasta las siete por si os quereis ahorrar el ir cargados de cosas a la playa . Y para comer sin lugar a dudas recomiendo el restaurante Peter menú a 16 euros con tres entrantes bebida pan y un arroz buenísimo eso sí reserva antes, a dos minutos del apartamento. Las chicas de recepción muy amables sobre todo una rubita muy jovencita que es la que nos atendió a la llegada . Volvere sin lugar a dudas .

El pub de bajo HORRIBLE! Por el día cantante, tarde y noche música a tope, hasta las 3. Fastidia el apartamento. Limpio y normal. Menaje justo justo, imposible cocinar...La nevera no enfriaba. Ubicado perfecto.

Très mauvais service! A notre arrivée à 14h, la réceptionniste nous a laissé poireauter pendant trois bonnes heures avant de venir nous donner les clés sans vouloir répondre ni sur le fixe ni sur son gsm, Mme est partie prendre sa pause déjeuner et se fout royalement des clients! On a été très déçus par l'appartement. Literie usée et inconfortable et la propreté de l'appartement laisse à désirer. A l'arrivée il faut faire un coup de ménage soit même avant de s'installer!!!! et finalement le bar en bas est une catastrophe! Musique très forte toute la journée jusqu'à très tard la nuit. Si vous cherchez le confort vous n'êtes pas au bon endroit.

Mooi appartement met goede basisuitrusting. Echter tijdens de weekends (vij-zat zon) verschrikkelijk luide muziek waardoor slapen onmogelijk is. Vanaf 9.30u 's morgens tot in de namiddag zachtere muziek vanaf 15.00u lokale DJ of live optredens tot 22.00u en dan verder dsco tot 2.30u tot wel 9 decibel in het appartement... Na oproep politie iets zachter tot politie weg was want na persoonlijk gesprek werd enkel gezegd dat zij de toelating hebben... Jammer maar dit blijft mijn enig verblijf daar

Buena situación del apartamento, limpio y cómodo. Recepción excelente. Taboo muy interesante, pero con exceso de sonido, estuvimos cenando y teníamos que gritar para oirnos y en el apartamento pasaba lo mismo.

The best thing about this place is the location, few minutes walk to the beach and a bus stop right outside that takes you into Benidorm, that’s the only positive thing I have to say. Apartments basic with single glazed windows which didn’t help the horrific noise day and night, constant road noise and barking dogs were a nightmare but worse of all there is a pub situated underneath the apartment block which plays constant LOUD music EVERY DAY between 10am to 2am - proved very difficult to relax and sleep! Would not recommend these apartments if you want a relaxing holiday as we did, could not relax at all for all of our trip, lived on about 4/5 hours of sleep each night all week due to the music!! The apartments themselves are front line and a minute walk to the beech, a bus stop outside your door to take you to Benidorm. The apartment’s have had a make over but still have single glazing windows. You therefore hear the noise of the road all day and night, dogs barking can be heard front the streets below also. Oh and not to mention the noise from the bar below which is open from 10:00 until 02:00 each day. The music coming from the bar was unbearable and the main distraction and you can’t get away from it - a thumping base noise all day EVERY DAY. Avoid this place like the plague. Firstly I must point out that we have be coming here every year for the last 5 years or more "even through the covids" We have equally been coming to La Cala for the last 15 years,so believe me when I say that this place is the best kept secret in La Cala. Firstly the views from the balconies are just spectacular with the beautiful beach and crystal blue water's not even 5 minutes away. The appartements are very modern ,clean and we'll equipped with the bed sheets and towels changed regularly. All the appartements are equipped with modern air conditioning with the use of 2 stand up fans included. There are bus stops situated directly out side the appartement block , really handy for shops and for Benidorm old and new town as well as other beaches should you wish. Le Cala is definitely a family place and just a magnificent place to take your children (all ages) as well of having lots of restaurants and bars for mum and dad as well ,after all it's their holiday to ?. Just located below the appartement block is a type of bar, restaurant and music venue which plays all types of music during the day and in the evening ( Spanish, Latino ect) . The music highly is controlled and monitored , which means not before 10 in the morning and not after 12 at night. As "Le Cala" is a beautiful Spanish holiday resort that attracts a multitude of nationalities every year and everything is catered for in style. I would say that should this type of music bar bother you, then I would probably advice you to book another place in the mountains with a swimming pool and hours from the beach . I am a farther born the eighties with children and have used these beautiful appartements for the last 5 years...and just had the best time of our lives..with absolutely no disruption or problem what so ever....so I would honestly recommend this place for everybody to use for their holidays..you will be welcomed and looked like royalty by Idoia and her team she is just "cherry on the cake" and I promise you that you will just love it and not be disappointed at all.... Avoid at all costs this place was like staying in a night club. The noise from the bar directly under these apartments went on from 10am till 1 am. This has to be the worst holiday we have ever been on. The apartments themselves are lovely and are advertised as being peaceful and tranquil ( what an absolute joke) We were booked in for 10 nights and only stayed 3 nights. No refund was offered Had to pay to stay in a different place
