弗羅爾酒店(La Flore)

Hotel 3 stelle carino: sicuramente molto comodo per raggiungere il centro e la spiaggia a piedi (il parcheggio privato a 10€/giorno evita lo stress della ricerca del parcheggio), molto silenzioso anche se sulla strada principale e molto bella la vista mare. Forse esteticamente potrebbe fare di più, ma è certamente un ottimo punto d’appoggio per la vacanza.

Un endroit bien entretenu, bon petit dejeuner. Ce qui a gâché le séjour c'est l'attitude de la propriétaire. Dans la chambre 2 petits verre en carton, on demande 2 verres de vitre et on nous dit qu'il n'y en a pas. Le seul moyen d'en avoir nécessite un déboursé de 5 euros. Seconde demande de la glace. Elle nous demande encore 5 euros pour un petit verre de glace. Pour refroidir une bouteille il aurait fallu débourser la quantité de 15 à 20 euros en glace. Du jamais vu dans tous nos voyages à travers le monde. Une proprio un peu trop gripsou. ça enlève du charme à la place.

We booked last minute due to change in travel plans and were pleasantly surprised of how comfortable and easy to get to it was. Some good amenities available - pool, self-contained studios with hot tubs, breakfast offered, parking, etc. Our shower was a bit knackered, but the friendly and helpful staff had a solution in place immediately.

I really can't say enough nice things about this hotel. The owner-couple run a very tight, clean and security based property. It really is a gem of a hotel. Knowing that, the relaxed atmosphere and the French way of life should help you enjoy this hotel as the speed of things are slow. But we knew that and it didn't bother us in the least.

I stayed here for one night as the hotel next door was booked up. The pool was a bit sad and small -so didn't use it. Cheap, plastic pool furniture around it made it less appealing too. My room was comfortable enough- but I felt as I was staying in my great aunt's house -in a room that nobody goes to anymore. It was a bit dated. The bathroom was spacious though. I called the front desk to get the wifi code but the guy wanted me to come back upstairs to the front desk (I was at the bottom of the hotel by the pool) to get the code. Why not just give it to me over the phone? I can speak French so why the "must get code in person?". That was strange. I found this sort of like a budget style hotel in terms of the room, the hotel itself, the pool. Ok for one night but not longer. It was quiet with absolutely no view at all. It was sort of sad.

We could not have been happier with Hotel La Flore. Our room was perfectly comfortable and clean, good bathroom, good wifi, etc. The private and spacious balcony overlooking the pool and then, farther out, the Mediterranean, was the piece de resistance. The management and staff at La Flore were exceptionally kind and accommodating, helping with directions, orientation, and even presenting lovely lilies-of-the-valley to celebrate May 1st. Great breakfast, too, on a beautiful porch! We would not hesitate to book again at La Flore should we be lucky enough to return to Villefranche-sur-Mer.

Wonderful couple/owners made us feel right at home. Amazing views. Super value. Some hills between hotel and the town, but no real issue. Because of the location there’s no real need for a car as the buses and trains are quite convenient. Highly recommend.

Hotel situato in una bellissima posizione, fronte mare e a pochi passi dalla piazza di Villefrance. Unica pecca stanze molto piccole.
