英吉納阿維納度假村(Ingenia Holidays Avina)

Would never stay here again!!!! The only nice thing is the pool. The caravan park is extremely run down. We had a powered site and were with 2 other families that had ensuite sites. The ensuites were filthy. Looked they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. People live in their vans in the park and they all walk and ride their bikes through your sites. The kids are constantly running through the sites and are rude. Lots of people walking around your site in early hours of the morning. Not sure what they were doing but very suss and made to feel uncomfortable. We couldn't wait to leave.

We stayed here for 2 months in cabin 62 whilst visiting our son in hospital. We were meant to stay for 3 months but we couldn’t handle it any longer. When we arrived the cabin was filthy. We had no hot water for the first 2 nights. The fly screens were put on wrong so we couldn’t open the windows. There was a gas smell in the cabin. The shower knobs fell off. All these issues were fixed by the maintenance man except for tge cleaning. We did that ourselves we went and bought a mop and a vacuum cleaner. The cabin had German cockroaches in the microwave panel. There were bugs everywhere. We were across from a man who was eventually asked to leave. He woukd sit in his car and drink and then shout at night. He was very disrespectful as there were lots of other people around including families with young children. We had to call the after hours number twice for them to attend. Definitely wouldn’t recommend the accomodation.

We arrive and aircon was faulty after chasing a lot my room was chased late night. Property was full of cockroaches and mosquitoes also there were mouse bait station. It’s very small not for families. Cabin was smelly bathroom was small n very smelly. Also entry to this place the road is demaged like nothing was good at this place I will rate it really low and it price should be very low too like $30 per day this is just a day light robbery.

The property was convenient for our stay, however the cabins require maintenance. We were assigned cabin 150 which was fine however on entry discovered that the air-conditioner was leaking (water all over the floor) No mop. spoke to staff and they re-assigned us to cabin 148 without issue. Cabin 148 was dirty, cob webs and insects throughout including cockroaches. Door knobs broken draws broken and generally unclean. The service roads around the park really need to be repaired as they are in a terrible state,

Had a great time here. We stayed on a lagoon site which had plenty of room. The site was a little slopey but no problem to level our van with levelers. Close to Windsor etc. Staff were very friendly. Good for couples and family's. Plenty to keep the kits happy.

Has felt like a waste of money. I stay at caravan parks to do our laundry on our trips, take a shower wash the dishes. We have not been able to do any of these things. Washing machines are coins but office won’t give coins from card. Finding the a** in the area with kids is a 40min trip. Office closed and closes overnight until 9am next morning. No tap head so no water. Electrical seems dodgey wires hanging out. Office were not helpful attitude so didn’t even bother asking about tapwear. We have to wait until 9am to talk to anyone when we have to pack to leave. Giant pool was ice cold, even Tamworth has a heated pool. Disappointing experience. Won’t stay with Ingenia evermore.

5 days in deluxe cabin parking available very close to front door; excellent shower (pressure + temperature); very useable kitchen for self catering; comfortable queen bed; overall cabin space good. no bench space in bathroom; disturbed by occupants in adjoining cabin when they walked inside their own cabin.

Beautiful spot, well set out Bed was comfortable but not a fan of a bed on rollers Hard to get to, hopefully the roads will be fixed shortly, not ideal for Hot Rods Rooms small, but well equipped Not as clean as I would have liked and the table and chairs were outside the room which was not ideal on a cool night. Overall it was an ok place to stay with good facilities and fun things to do for families with children

They say you get what you pay for and that is what we got. We wanted a basic room that was cheap. The room was basic but clean. There were the beds, a kitchen area and a bathroom. My only surprise was that there was no seating or a table for eating.
