At check in, Hampton Inn desk attendant informed us that their "system" was down. We waited patiently for 30 minutes while two persons attempted to resolve the situation and additional guests continued to arrive and wait (most very patiently). At some point, there was at least a partial resolution and they were able to at least get keys to individuals to be on their way. Somehow, we lost our place in the queue and were near the end of those given a room (even though we had originally been at the front of the line). After getting to our room, we discovered that internet service was unavailable (even though we were assured that there wouldn't be a problem).
