維吉尼亞海灘海濱希爾頓酒店(Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront)

I arrived an hour and a half before check in and my room wasn't ready yet. I was told I would have to come back. I was not given access to the parking garage so I had to pay to park my car to wait the hour and a half. When my room was ready I had to wait in the car line for 45 minutes just to check in because they were so backed up. When I checked in I was handed 2 room keys and nothing else. I assumed there would be a welcome packet in the room but there was nothing. When the other half of my party arrived they also had to wait in the car line for 45 minutes. The pools were dirty and had face masks floating in them. The first night the AC did not work and it was 80 degrees in the room. I approached the front desk at 9am one morning and requested housekeeping bring new towels and toilet paper to the room because we were out, I also asked if they could take the old towels and garbage which was neatly piled up in 1 location for removal. I was told you had to request this service 24 hours in advance but that they would bring new towels and toilet paper up. I returned at 6pm to find there was no towels or toilet paper in the room. When I called the front desk I was once again told that I had to request these items 24 hours in advance but that they would send someone up anyway. I had 4 people staying in the room and they brought 2 towels so had to make another trip to get me 2 more. When I checked out there was only 1 vallet working so I had to wait over an hour just to leave. There were 2 lines of cars stacked up and the poor kid was working his butt off but could only do so much. I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service.

Was there for my company Chris**as party which was on my birthday and had a wonderful time. IF I had to complain it would be I had noisy neighbors on the 9th floor, to the point I was awoke twice by screaming and fighting if front my door. Made sure everyone was ok, locked the door and tried to go back to sleep. This is no way a reflection of the hotel. Will stay again

Our room was next to the elevator on the 15th floor. It was noisy, we were constantly awaken in the night by loud talk. Our room was not cleaned the 2nd night. We were told by management that they just didn't get to our room, which is unacceptable. I will not recommend this hotel to any of our family or friends.

Staff and hotel were for most part very good. Could not get service on outside deck because large party there 3 waitresses said to busy go to bar and bar was full waited 45 mins to get a drink. However that was air show weekend so a bit understandable rest of staff super nice. Even texted to see how things were going.

We have stayed at this Hotel several times in the past. This visit it seemed kind of worn and tired. Obviously I get you pay for the ocean view but the room was just ok. We usually stay in a king bed suite but there were no king or queen rooms available. The Ice machine was broke the whole time on our floor. I had to go down 2 flights of stairs for ice.We could barely get two coffee pods each day as housekeeping never refreshed our coffee,towels,or soap n shampoo.We literally had to hunt down housekeeping for anything. You have to pay a daily fee for wifi. The Hilton needs to up their game. We probably wont be staying there again. We were very disappointed.

Room service took forever to do anything. Messed up my sleep. I had a different room the second night than the first night. Second room was not ready for a long time after I had to check out of the first. Last day the toilet clogged during day and staff didn’t clean it until night despite multiple requests. Then they didn’t clean the toilet, just unclogged and everything smelled like poop the whole time.

It was a nice stay the only problem when i told the agent my wife was a member and gave her phone number we were told although she was on the reservation because it was in my name on top, we didn't get offered any of Hilton perks. There should had been complementary parking. Otherwise, it was nice to be on the beach.

Navy jets fly over several times an hour from 7am till 9pm. Makes it impossible to carry on a conversation outdoors. Music festivals set up on beach 3 blocks away aiming sound down the beach from 10:30 pm to 2 am on a Thursday night. Hotel only Had 3 elevators, one was out of service so only had 2 for a 20 story hotel? That was ridiculous. Ran out of coffee for the rooms, hello, you are a hotel??? Safe in room did not work. Security deadbolt on door did not work. No do not disturb sign and no table on balcony. Corner trim fell off in middle of the night scaring us to death. Not recommended if you are wanting a restful getaway.

Great service, very clean. I didn’t like there is no microwave in the room. If you want one you can have them bring one to your room. Ice machine on my floor was broken . Outside of that really enjoyed my stay. Staff was extremely nice .
