Property was ok. Arrived in my room and prepared to take a shower, no hot water this was aound 11pm. I called guest services and the concierge repeatedly, with no answer. I ended up calling the main number from my phone to get someone on the telephone, to be told no engineers on duty until morning and they would have someone come up. Next morning engineer shows up and when he left still no hot water and he would check back in 15 minutes. He never returned. I left to go out for the day and told the front desk I was going out and I left the water running to see if it would get hot and let the engineer know. She said she noted it. Fast forward i return water still running and still cold, which led me to believe that the engineer did not go back and check. In the meantime I receive a text askingvhow was my stay and i respond terrible. She immediately says im the manager and I will give you a call. She sends an engineer up who stayed in the room for about 15 to 20 minutes with every faucet running and guess what i have hot water. So from there when i wanted hot water i had to turn all faucets because once you turn them off it goes back to the original state.
