I was part of an organizational entourage at Radisson Blu Resort, Visakhapatnam for three days in April 2024. It was three day workshop that was being conducted at RBR, Visakhapatnam. Three key experiences stood out for me: 1) Exceptional professionalism and hospitality: my interaction with the RBR team was largely with the Banquet team. Pinakendu, who was our key point of contact was on top of every little detail that was needed - planned and ad-hoc. Everything was on time and well executed. 2) Kindness and generosity: some of us had very little time to eat during the breaks. Upon noticing that I had skipped both lunch and breakfast, Pinakendu and team insisted on sending food to my room for an early dinner. This insistence was not expected and I am very grateful for the kindness and wellbeing they extended. 3) Cleanliness and housekeeping: I loved the room that I was put up in. It was clean, spacious, and well maintained.

She has everything about the food 1 I asked her to surprise me with the best dish. She asked me few questions to understand my interests and came back with great dish.
