Pros: Nice room, we had a suite very spacious. Like having a large shower enclosure- better than showering in a tub. Good Breakfast. Nice breakfast lady. Cons; Charged $15. a night for parking. Charges $30.37 for two bottles of beer.

This is such a nice hotel. Clean and contemporary. The staff were incredibly friendly. I wish the breakfast service had some additional options such as nut milks and peanut butter and maybe some more fruit. Overall, I really enjoyed staying here.

We weren't expecting to stay here, making an unexpected stop on our road trip. But we were not disappointed -- the suite was very relaxing, with a full kitchen, a good bed and comfortable furniture.

I was trying to help out my sister-in-laws they had the sister passed away they drove all the way from Missouri to Fresno and their sister passed away and I didn't want him to drive all the way back so I rented in my room in Visalia was in the states so they could get some rest and they got there before me so I called the f****** desk and I told him to let them in the room but I never authorized anybody to get any food or drinks or anything on my card and I was billed $48.15 for parking when they parked in a handicap Park and I can't believe how you can charge for handicap people to be part $15 and I parked off site so about the $200 for the room and $48.50 and food that should have been bought I don't know who ate it I'm very upset that this happened not let that happen

Recently stayed here for 3 nights to visit nearby Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park. During checking in and checking out, the front desk staffs didn't mention anything about the daily $15 parking fee. I even made sure upon check out that my account balance is $0 and the staff said yes. Got home and found out I got charged for parking. If this hotel was located in the city where parking is scarce, then I would have expected it. But in Visalia where the hotel is surrounded by vacant lands and anyone could park in the parking lot...(see attached photo) How does the hotel justify the charge? Called the hotel after my stay, and still haven't get a return call from the manager. On the second and third day, the elevator button on the ground floor was broken, so every one had to wait for the staff to go to the housekeeping area, wait for the elevator to come down and to open the elevator from the back side to let guests in. To my surprise, my room was cleaned on the first night, but there were still several hair on the floor in the bathroom. Then there was no maid service on the second night. Oh well, no big deal. Thumbs up to the lady who runs the breakfast area. She was friendly and welcoming. Daily breakfast offers warmed up packaged food such as breakfast burritos, Belgium waffle, sausage biscuits (don't recommend, too dry), bagel sandwiches, and crustless quiches that they switched around every day, so it's easy for you to take with you to eat in your room or later in the day. There were also muffins, oatmeal, and fruits. And of course, several juices, teas and coffee to choose from. The studio room we were in was a decent size. The kitchen has refrigerator, microwave oven, stove tops, dishwasher. Pretty much anything you may need to heat up a meal. Our room was on the 4th floor on the back side(I think) of the hotel. Starting around 5-6 am, you'll hear car noises traveling on the road next to the hotel that woke me up every morning. Overall a decent, newly renovated hotel. I would recommend it if you were OK with the ridiculous $15 daily mandatory parking fee. Otherwise, maybe choose Best Western right down the street.

Aparte del jugo y café, el resto de la oferta se reduce a unos productos de harina o huevos industriales. Ninguna fruta. La gerencia podía ser un poco más creativa y tener en cuenta que no todos comemos huevos cocidos o cereal, añadir algún panecillo con mantequilla, queso y mermelada harían una gran diferencia

I thought the rooms were big, nicely decorated and contained everything one might need when on vacation. The only thing I didn't care for was there was only one entrance. You couldn't use your key to get in any other way. I loved the pool and the basketball court is wonderful for the kids.

Our room was spacious and clean. Everything you might have needed was there. The bed was really comfortable too. The person at the front desk was the nicest person and so helpful. I wish I could have remembered his name - I would post it. The breakfast that is shown on the website is not what you get - that is the only negative. I am still giving 5 stars for everything else.

Beware!!!!! Don’t stay on this place. We stayed on this hotel because it has a kitchen. So, story short, on our last day, i took a shower and my friend was cooking with the vents on. After i showered, as i was getting off the shower, i heard a sudden burst and it was the fire sprinkler in the restroom. The door was closed and there was no way a smoke would enter the restroom as they claimed. It took 2 calls on the front desk for the staff to come and the first one who came was the housekeeping trying to clean but the water wasn’t shut off yet from the main. The water was pouring like waterfalls and not like a regular sprinkler that it flooded the room quickly. It took them a while to turn the main valve. Then nobody asked us if we needed help other than our neighbor guests. We were not dressed decently. One of the engineers even said the sprinkler was triggered bec the valve was broken. Then we waited at the lobby for someone who can help us, i had to come to the front desk to request if we could finish showering cleaning up since we had the dirty water on us. Then after they gave us the room and cleaned up, we waited again for the hotel manager to talk to us. He came but he just asked for the card on file and ID without explaining what’s going on. We had to ask him what it is for. Then he asked us to go and sit down again. After he came out from the office he told us he’s going to charge us $4000 for the damages and told us up front without showing us the proof.
