The room and hotel were clean. But the service could have been better. The coffee at the breakfast buffet was really bad, which ruins the rest of the breakfast. There was an unexpected parking fee, which we weren’t told about before checking in. Wasn’t insane, just annoyed by the unexpected charge checking in. We arrived slightly early, and they said checking in before 3 was impossible unless we paid extra to check in at 1. Overall the hotel was quiet and clean, but these little inconvenient hiccups made the trip less enjoyable.

Communication was a bit difficult as the staff’s English was limited, but despite the language barrier, they did their best to explain everything and were very kind. Both breakfast and dinner were not excellent, but they were satisfactory. The room was spacious and clean, which we appreciated.

A full spa experience. It was very nice. Breakfast and dinner were included in the price. It is a true spa with multiple pools and types of saunas. The room was large with a nice desk and a full kitchen. Small balcony. Very convenient to the sights. Convenient parking. The food was good. A good place to stay for a few days to see all of the Danube Bend.

Unique were the rug floor stains, mold in the shower that wasn't removed after request and the first hotel i that didn't have sheets that fit the matress leaving a foot of matress at the head not covered.

Ich war mit meiner Familie Ende Mai 2024 für 2 Nächte dort und es war alles andere als ein "Wellnesshotel". Die Zimmer waren sehr dreckig und überall gab es Spinnen und Ameisen! Wir wurden erst am Ankunftstag darüber informiert, dass es am nächsten Tag für 7 Stunden kein Wasser geben wird, da dies in der Ortschaft abgedreht wird. Hätten wir das früher gewusst, hätten wir wo anders übernachtet. Wir mussten nach Eimern fragen, damit wir beim WC herunterspülen können, der "Wellnessbereich" konnte nicht genutzt werden. Nachdem das Wasser aufgedreht wurde, kam 2-tagelang nur braunes Wasser aus den Leitungen, obwohl wir es mehrmals minutenlang haben laufen lassen. Duschen war somit unmöglich. Erst auf Nachfrage und ewig langer Diskussion haben wir vom Hotel eine "Entschädigung" in Höhe von 6€ pro Zimmer und Nacht angeboten bekommen. Ein Witz, dafür dass wir dreckige Zimmer hatten, nicht duschen und aufs WC gehen und auch nicht den Wellnessbereich benutzen konnten. Der Aufenthalt war alles andere als Urlaub und angenehm. Auch der Knopf vom Aufzug hat kaum funktioniert und das Essen war für ein 4-Sterne Hotel nicht gut.

Very nice The beds were really comfortable and cleaning in the room was impressive. The spa was great. A newly built section with a huge jacuzzi and a beautiful sauna was open in the afternoon for adults only, and the other section became adults only in the evening hours. Food was delicious, perhaps a few more vegetarian options would have been good, but it was manageable for the vegetarians in our family. We had a relaxing time.

Matig Niet de moeite waard. Oud en versleten. Kamer word niet iedere dag gepoetst. Ontbijt is slecht. Avondeten 1x gehad maar nee dank je. Ligging is erg afgelegen
