The pool and hot tub are located down 14 steps from the house. The house is gated for privacy with lush landscaping and beautiful trees like Pindo palms, Queen palms, Phoenix Roebelenii, Sago, Plumeria, and many other exotic plants. With many places to hang out, it is easy to host 11 plus guests without crowding. Three large TV's with high speed internet. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig and coffee pot. Kitchen includes crock pot, waffle iron, Kitchen Aid mixer, blender, and highchair. High end refrigerator equipped with filtered water and ice. Stocked kitchen with condiments like sugar, salt, pepper and other spices. Bathroom stocked with shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer. Hall closet includes iron and ironing board.
