We spent 5 days at this St. Regis Vommuli and it was outstanding. Detail to customer service was beyond anything we have ever experienced in our travels. Our Butler Haroon was outstanding and you can tell he and his room steward Asif take pride in their work. I can't go on enough about how they attended to us for every detail of our trip. Kim had hurt her back a day before the trip and the first couple days were a little slow for her. Haroon suggested a spa treatment of Wetsu (no sure of spelling) plus we had a regular spa treatment planned. It all helped and Kim was much better. Haroon and Asif made sure to celebrate my 60th Birthday as well with treats and room decoration. Haroon knew I was a retired from Deputy Sheriff and added a touch to the Birthday Wishes they made in the bathtub. The resort total staff makes you feel like family and are very friendly and welcoming and take care of your every need. Sinan one of the waiters at Alba restaurant on our final day at breakfast just before we were to get up and leave brought out a desert with chocolate writing on the plate saying see you soon as a way of thanking us and welcoming us back soon. What a classy touch. The food everyday was outstanding and plenty of it. If you go, make sure to do the outside on the beach Indian Ocean night. More food and Deserts than you can eat. Amazing how they set this beautiful night up on the beach with tables, lighting and great service. Of course the views are outstanding. As for the spa, all we can say is WOW outstanding spa. Elvira and Vadee were excellent and you won't be disappointed. I see why their Spa and services are rated so highly. St. Regis Maldives will make this a trip you won't forget and will want to come back to. I would like to give them credit for all the communication ahead of the trip to help make your trip arrival and departure as easy as can be. We used the CIP service at Male' Velana airport. They met us at the bottom of the steps and quickly took us to an awaiting vehicle and to a private immigration area then quickly to their private lounge and provided food and drinks while they took care of your immigartion and luggage. Once they secured and cleared that a St. Regis Bulter came and took us straight over with our luggage in a private van to the Seaport and checked us in and stayed with us until our departure. What a smooth and seamless process. We were going to be taken to the St. Regis Private lounge but our sea plane was ready for us ahead so that was good for a quick start. Upon arrival at St. Regis the staff and our butler was awaiting the 14 guests on the plane at the dock waving and welcoming us to the island. Upon departure it was the same thing only they received us from the seaplanes and took us straight to the St. Regis lounge where we were offered more food and drinks until they took us to the airport and were received by the CIP staff who took care of us u
