Hospitality should be about making guests feel welcome—this place clearly missed the memo. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. There are plenty of hotels out there where guests are treated with basic courtesy. This is not one of them. Will ask for the money first so don’t get trapped ..

Restaurant wise they need better management. Restaurant service very poor. And OK cleanliness overall. Food is good specially Pudina Paratha. Taste amazing. Don’t want to recommend much. But could be due to lack of staff and inexperience.

Ambience is good but food and service is pathetic I stayed there I went for breakfast I asked for hot tea and strong they denied and said this is the only tea we have cashier was so rude over all experience is 02/10 because of bad food and service.

property is good for staying however a little bit costly. Breakfast served is very nice with varieties like Fruits, South Indian, Northern Indian and English.

Location was good since it was near to Prem mandir. But building was old and not well maintained. Food of Dasaprakash was good.
Room amenities were less and all the electrical and washroom fittings were old. Seriously need some makeover

I recently stayed at this hotel while traveling from lucknow to delhi. This was my second stay in six months. Overall, the experience was pleasant, with a comfortable stay and convenient amenities. The breakfast buffet was impressive and offered a wide variety of options. Room service was satisfactory, and the hotel provides a car parking facility, which is a plus. The restaurant team was very cooperative, and i noticed they did their best to ensure a good experience. Overall, i had a good experience and will definitely visit again.

Staff from reception to security, housekeeping, restaurant are excellent. Room is good and all basic amenities are available.

Location is good, Food less than average, staff don’t know how to take order all are always confused. Fridge was not there in the room basic toiletries were also not given. Housekeeping dont know the basics like cleaning and providing with fresh towels and slippers.
