I stayed at Kadamb Resort Spiritual Stay in Vrindavan and was disappointed with the cleanliness and service. The blanket provided was extremely dirty, and even after informing the staff 2-3 times, it took 2-3 hours to get a replacement, which was also dirty. The air conditioning (AC) was not working properly, adding to the discomfort. Such issues are unacceptable, especially at a place that promotes itself as a spiritual and serene retreat. While the location might be good, the poor maintenance and service were a letdown.

 when I check the app photos so so impressive but when I reached over there it’s very cloudy and very congested and cleaning was the matter. Totally unprofessional cleaning but food was good. Very good service and test was also like amazing.

The management should reconsider using the term “resort” in the property’s name, as the place is neither a true resort nor a proper hotel. It appears to be an apartment partially converted into accommodation and is overpriced for what it offers. The rooms are poorly maintained, the toilets leak, and the overall stay does not feel comfortable or hotel-like. That said, the food is good and the staff members are polite and helpful. However, there are no major tourist attractions nearby, and transportation is inconvenient. Guests have to rely on the limited number of auto-rickshaws stationed outside the property and often end up paying unreasonable fares. However, the Prem Mandir can be seen from the restaurant at top floor. Overall, do not be misled by the word “resort” in the name. Considering the condition of the property and the value for money, I would not recommend staying here.

That was amazing during our stay. We visit 1-2 times in a year nd always stay here. Rooms , location, atmosphere is excellent. All Staff specially Mr Dev Sharma is very cooperative. Near to Prem Mandir , Iscon, nd BANKE BIHARI G 💕💕

Dirty rooms, bedsheets were not cleaned and everything else was very dirty it’s probably 1-2 star hotel

Hotel stay and staff very nice and well mannered specially MR. Dev sharma -He is very supportive and kind. I would prefer this stay whenever we came next time.

Building and rooms were so very dirty, sofa was torn, broken table, electricity switch board were fixed with cello tape, bathroom was extreme dirty So disgusting property and don't even match with pictures Worst stay ever

We stayed at Kadamb Resort recently to celebrate our marriage anniversary, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst travel experiences we've had. The photos shared on the booking portal were highly misleading and clearly edited to make the place appear far more luxurious than it actually is. In reality, the so-called "resort" is just a converted high-rise apartment building, not a proper hotel. The swimming pool looked inviting in the pictures, but in reality, it’s surrounded by neighboring residential buildings, offering no privacy at all. The indoor games shown in the listing were completely non-functional and seemed to be abandoned or in scrap condition. The overall feel of the place was nothing like a hotel or resort—it felt more like staying in a regular 1BHK flat. It lacked the comfort, ambiance, and service expected from a place marketed as a resort. This was especially disappointing given that we booked it for a special occasion. I would strongly urge the management to represent the property honestly online, and I advise other travelers to research thoroughly before booking.
