This is such an awful place, it is imperative that no one falls victim to their photo and video graph gimmicks, • Except for the Nepali security personnel and the Nepali cleaners, the majority of the staff are extremely arrogant and uncooperative • It is not true that there is a view from the rooms as they state that they have sea views and backwater views, in fact, there is no view from any of the rooms • Pool is dirty, no safety securities are available • Food is below average quality, they don’t cook, they buy from outside and service according to our choice, • All activities need to pay extra charges • No camp fire or music ,No night life • Extremely bad attitude staffs especially Malayali staffs • In fact no entertainment except a home stay • Prices are very high

We were a group of 3 colleagues with families. We enjoyed our stay in 3 rooms . We had a private place near the bungalow room were the whole team could assemble and rejoice . There is sufficient play area for children. However since there is water all around we have to be very cautious with small children. Staff is very supportive . However the food options are very limited and has time limitations . Having said that the food served was very tasty. Especially the Karimeen fry. Also there are lots of adventure sports and activities for spending time . Overall , it was very happy reunion at very cordial location.

Stayed here for 2 nights during first week of Dec 2022. The location is nice with beach on oneside and karimeen kettu/farm on the otherside. You could do pedal boating or kayaking. You can catch karimeen fish and they will fry it for you just by paying cooking charge. The resort is a bit old with lots of rooms facing the beach or lake. They have an outdoor & indoor pool. Outdoor pool is very good. Rooms & bathrooms need some renovation and more lighting in the bathroom, but overall it was ok. Since there was a wedding happening at the resort in the coming days, there were no other guest in the resort. So it was very peacful and everything just for us :) Food was just fine. Some of the meat dishes were just spicy no other flavour. Overall a nice place for family stay with kids.

Family-friendly hotel right opposite to the beach. The room was amazing, pest free, with a balcony. Food and dining area is excellent. We enjoyed the swimming pool and backwater activities like kayaking and boating. Staff is friendly. All the amenities are clean.

Good place to spend time with family . All staffs are helpful and easy to communicate .They don't have open restaurant , food only for room guest , serving in good taste . recommended for open restaurant and dinner buffet . Improvements requires in general cleaning and maintenance of rooms and restrooms .

Amazing location of the resort, Good Food, Good Customer Service and hospitality. Right opposite to the resort is the beach. Every single items was so good . We stayed in one of the backwater villas. Two families can avail that villa and there is a common space for gettogether for both families and play area is there. Our stay was very nice during the morning time, but after 7pm, it was not at all good, as we cannot utilise the sitout area itself due to stray dogs nuisance in front of the villa area. Request the resort ***agement to work on restricting the stray dogs from beach in entering the resort area.
