We had a wonderful experience..It was a short sightseeing trip to the area and Americinn filled our every need/want.- location, cleanliness, courtesy, and stellar staff (Chelsea - front desk ) We enjoyed a great breakfast and we were on our way ! Thank you Americinn. We will be back!

Very beautiful and clean hotel! Pool and jacuzzi are amazing and the staff were all very friendly. Highly recommend.

Very nice stay

The service was great, the facility was super clean, it looked like it had been recently renovated and was tastefully done. We enjoyed the breakfast, especially the pancake machine.

Very clean rooms and a charming little town.

The room had issue with electrical outlets and couldn't charge my iPhone. Both lamps were not working so I could not see in dark. I addressed this issue with hotel staffs. They didn't do anything to solve the issue. I paid $215 a night, quite expensive for a simple solution could be fix. I did not get reduced rate even I told front desk twice (evening and morning worker). They're not considering our disability needs that is importance.Will not stay there again.Not worth the money.

The beds r comfortable and the air conditioner works great. Everybody is very friendly. The general manager is really nice

Check in process was super easy. Everyone was friendly. Rooms are clean and shower pressure was nice and full. Beds are comfy and location surroundings are beautiful. Our only issue was that only half of the outlets worked. We had to do some finagling and moving around of plugs - unplugging the alarm clock so we could use the other plug in so the actual lights and charging stations by the bed would work. Other than that the stay was cozy a fun step back to Grumpy Old Men.

Expected more for the price of the stay. Hotel staffs were friendly and accommodating. Wish there was a fitness area. The area was beautiful.

Looks good at a glance. During the two night stay we found food on the floor, shredded cheese by the tub and pretzels by the end table. The large table had dried mud surrounding 2 chairs. The bed was beautifully made but upon moving big pillows we discovered they were covered in hair and a nickel size wet spot of food or body fluid eeek unsure, on the green comforter. Luckily we were able to switch it out with the tan blanket in the closet Otherwise the stay was pleasant. Comfortable bed and couch, good breakfast, friendly helpful staff. If you have a family member with a food allergy, I'd suggest calling in advance to ensure the room is clean of previous guest's food.
