韋科源宿酒店(Element Waco)

The whole property looked awesome. Love the modern up to date look. And really like the room set up.

It took almost 20 min to check in. Once person at front desk was off the phone I was checked in in less than 4 min. She was on the phone booking someone a room. There were people at the bar and someone even came to the desk but was unable to check me in.

Liked lobby, plenty of sitting inside/out, games/fireplace/pool outside, smart tv. great breakfast.

The Element website shows the bar and restaurant as being open from 5pm to 10pm on Sunday. We had five rooms booked to accommodate family coming for a funeral and specifically chose this hotel based on the bar/restaurant in the hotel. Upon checking in we discovered the bar/restaurant is closed on Sunday, highly disappointed as we would have booked elsewhere. Update your website.

Candace was amazing. We’d had a terrible flight, 6 hours trapped in the terminal and we missed our connecting flight due to plane mechanical issues. We were hungry and exhausted. She was professional and helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed, all with a cheery, encouraging disposition and politely ignored our grumpiness. Candace deserves a raise in salary just for dealing with us!
