萊雅海灘酒店(Laya Beach)

Stayed in a triple room for one night withcouple of friends. Overall the hotel was good and our stay was worth the money spent. The hotel is owned by Sri Lanka Army and the staff was very friendly. The food was also very delicous. Definitely would recommend this hotel and hope to visit again soon.

This was a great place for a family to spend their weekend and quality time in. the food had a great spread and variety and services were very good. Hotel looks a little old but maintained will by the staff. Good place to visit!

Location Laya Beach - Wadduwa by SL Army. Beach Front, Easy access from Main Road or Railway. I visited the Laya Beach Wadduwa to have a fine dine. The Buffet was not contain much food items, comparatively other hotels which offer dinner buffet. For me, I had quite enough food, but those who were join with the dinner later ( after 30 min from the buffet open) could not have some food items they offer in the beginning, once itz over it's over , something like that . some were waiting to refill the empty food containers. but staff were not much concern about it. one guy went out and came back to refill the empty containers, but it took long and most of the visitors were disappointed. I dont think the staff doing well to uplift the quality of service and hospitality. Lot of things to improve. Peaceful location, Beach front

An absolutely beautiful location The closest you get to wild life and the ocean. Located a few miles away from one of Sri Lanka's best wild life sanctuary, Yala, this is the place to stay, get some rest and enjoy some superb food before you take off to Yala. Went for a day outing on 10th Saturday arnd 12noon with my spouse and had a great time from the start to end. I'll write in point version so that its easy for everyone - Reservation was quick & easy - Polite & helpful reception staff - Pool was clean and no much of a crowd in the pool - Entire hotel & garden was clean - Superb tasty food with all the required varieties This special note is to Mr. Rodney - F&B who was in the dinner hall that day. His service was 100 out of 10. That much exceptional. Very friendly, helpful, have sense and exactly know what is hospitality. Even if we had a small disappointment it goes vanish with his service and cox of the food. Only negative point was the Pool Changing room. Your attention is very much needed for this in terms of many areas ending with personal safety - Please have a separate changing rooms for Males & Females. Not safe for a female - Please clean the changing room at least once in a hour - Wash room was not that good Overall had a super cool time Thanks

Service, food, facility everything were not up to the level. They are not concerned on the foods they serve. We have ordered chicken food since my husband has allergies red meat. But our food was mixed with poke. The place is beautiful and beach is nearby. But they should maintain the property well.

It was the best decision ,we selected Laya beach for our batch get together.(87 Pera Medicos).We spent two days. Very friendly staff. Delicious foods. Rooms are well maintained.Above all they are very reliable,even if you loss something very valuable you will get it back.

Congested rooms and a lot of interiors in a small space. Food is tasty and we had sri lankan menu. Pool and ground area gets crowded on weekends with lot of guests coming for day packages. The Sofa looks pretty old with stains on it. During our stay there was a power cut and the hotel provided candles without a matchbox :P . We didn't receive it even if we asked.

I arrived at the Laya Beach Hotel on 08.11.2021 to vacation with my family. The welcome we received at the hotel was invaluable. The room we got was a beautiful view of the beach.
