This is not a hotel. These are privately owned condos managed by Aston management . They are renting one room out of condo by separating from rest of living space.
The lobby is a small with no place to sit and relax while waiting to check in. There are no rest rooms in this lobby .
The front desk staff was very unwelcoming, not professional and poor attitude and yelling.
Although they were enforcing the mask policy on guests, the front desk staff was spotted not wearing mask while talking to a guest . Also cleaning service , who were probably cleaning rooms after check out was seen walking in hallways without mask.
We rented two rooms, which we got on different floors . Closet in one room has stuffed with a stroller, car seat , and some random stuff .The other rooms has tons of wires in one drawer and some packed stuff taking space in closet. Front desk told us owners are allowed to leave their stuff , however they are required to lock it. Having said so there is no closet space for the guests.
They have one small tube of shampoo and conditioner in bathroom. Unlike hotels they refused to replace it . So for 400 dollars a night or more they don't provide you even with shampoo .
No cleaning service is provided during our stay .
You pay a cleaning fee at the end of your stay and a damage waiver fee in place of resort fee.
No filtered water stations. Forced to buy plastic water bottle. Not environment friendly
Rooms are outdated , bed making noise .
