Dirtiest hotel on our trip! Bathroom smelled like mold, bedroom carpet looked like it can be upgraded. TV didn’t work and the service guy knew the problem. Breakfast in the morning was chaotic, after getting our order twice, they still mess up. People might be nice there but overall I do not recommend this place. Saw on google review that catalytic converters from the cars are stolen so be your own judge before booking this!

Clean rooms, helpful front desk.

The hostess (Tristean) is very unwelcoming, several things were wrong and not once did a thank you or im sorry come out of this ladies mouth. I checked in about midnight, walking up to the counter i was hoping to be greeted and nothing. I had to state why i was there who i was without even being questioned how may i help you. I asked Tristean the hostess if i correctly booked a double bathroom suite because i called prior to booking and this is what i was trying to book online, she answered me with "well you did book a junior suite" like if i was supposed to know this and being a first time guest i didnt the rate was different then i was shown online so i asked why she said there was a 20$ incentive fee per night so 20×3= 60 but there was 104.80$ difference that she couldnt give me an answer She gave me my room i kindly thanked her got my family and The room WASN'T a double bathroom. I tried using the room phone to call front desk several times and it wasnt working. I went to front desk Upon arriving she had a discussed look on her face and let out a sigh i told her the room wasnt a double bathroom and in disbelieve she said it wasnt? She was rude to an older couple in the snack area, and there was a fire outside that i notify her about and she had no urgency to check, when she did she told me the fire department was coming and for me not to stand there even though my car was in close proximity. The restaurant staff and front desk staff were great. The staff member who had the wine and cheese tasting was really nice and we loved how it kept everyone in the lobby and steered them toward the restaurant: the food was very good. All in all (10 of us) basically we all said how we were all so impressed by this particular property and how we would stay here anytime!

The shower never warmed up in the evening, and was only slightly room temp. The next morning it got hot, but took about 10 minutes. Being that a bed and a hot shower are all I really needed, it was a bit of a bummer.

Very clean, recently-consturcted Hilton Garden Inn. About sums it up. Typical limited service property, except that the free breakfast provided by most limited service properties cost an extra $14.95 per person for scrambled eggs and/or bacon and/or bagel and/or toast.Had breakfast in some diner down the road. Outstanding!

The hotel was clean and modern. The pool, fitness center and business center was clean, well stocked too. The restaurant, bar & lounge food and beverages were wonderful. We enjoyed the hotel food and hospitality much more than the local restaurant. Excellent experience.
