Unfortunately I read the reviews regarding poor customer service but persisted with the booking anyway. We have just arrived, 2 hours before checkin as we communicated with the property ahead of time. We are just trying to bag drop, not expecting to checkin. Doors are locked so I call number on the door. Answered by a child who advises checkin at 2. Said I wanted to bag drop. Told by an adult in the background that I can’t and Manager will be here at 12.30. Said I had organised bag drop so can I have Managers number. Told by adult in the background that can’t give out his private number. This is ridiculous. I am literally standing outside in the cold and rain with my two children and nobody wants to talk to us. Take heed of the reviews.
