We visited Premier inn for breakfast today & what a lovely team! The food was cooked perfectly, all of the staff were very attentive & friendly especially one of the young members Hazel, during our time there I did not see her stop working, constantly checking on tables, cleaning tables and keeping foods ect well stocked. The staff are a real credit to the company. The premises was also kept to a high cleanliness standard. This is the best Premier inns that we have visited.

Overall, our stay was very good. Started well when a member of staff called to advise us that the room we had booked had a problem but they offered a suitable alternative. The room was clean and had everything needed, although they need to do something about the coffee and sugar sachets - these hold a ridiculously small amount and when I measured them, at least two coffee sachets needed for a spoon of coffee and four/ five sugar sachets for a teaspoon of sugar. Yet the mugs supplied are a decent size! Consequently coffee was basically no more than brown water, with hardly any coffee flavour at all. Coffee at breakfast was infinitely better. Beds were a little softer than we are used to, but we slept well nevertheless. Our wet room shower was excellent - powerful and hot. The bathroom was well equipped and well laid out. The only slight niggle was that although the floor was grippier than usual, the shower are could still benefit from having a rubber mat for those of us who are not so steady on wet feet! The food was good, especially breakfast. A few areas had bad gouges in the walls and some decor was old and tired, giving a slightly unloved feeling both in the hotel and restaurant. We would stay here again, but would definitely bring our own coffee next time!

Worst Premier Inn I have ever stayed in. Booked a disabled room. Grab rails round the toilet BUT shower over the bath. The bed was so low when my husband needed to use the bathroom I had to pull him up from the bed as it was so low. I complained but basically told it was a disabled room. It was lucky I gave it ONE Star.

This wasn't the first time we had stayed at this Premier Inn. Last year it was showing signs of needing a refurbishment which we were told was happening. The cleanliness of the room and moreso the restaurant was shocking. The room had chipped and marked woodwork/walls. A cobweb in the bathroom, no lock on the door and the toilet moved. When we went to the bar, we waited nearly 5 minutes, along with others before someone came to serve us. The tables, chairs and carpets were absolutely filthy. I think enough said. £90 wasted.

Unfortunately my trailer was stolen from the car park the carpark is tucked away from the road but this still happend. The staff wouldn't show me neither release the footage to the police promptly very strange I think.

Premier Inn is usually predictably good but not sparkling. However the receptionist on the evening we arrived was grumpy and brusque. Other staff were pleasant. Bed comfortable with extra pillows. Wasn't noisy, despite being near motorway junction and industrial area. Breakfast choice and price good. However, plates and some of the hot food was cold. Everywhere was clean.

Our house move fell through and we ended up staying in the Prem Inn for five nights while everything was resolved. Clean, comfortable, and the restaurant covered us as a family of four very well. Karen the GM was incredibly helpful during what was an intensely stressful time, making us feel comfortable when all else was going wrong. We've now moved house and after our experience have actually bought a Premier Inn bed.

Worcester M5 Junction 6 Premier Inn. No frills, business like establishment, reasonable size room with bathroom/ toilet; furnishings all in good condition, very comfortable bed. Economic room rate - good value; very clean and well-presented accommodation. No noise problem. Very good service from receptionists and dining facility staff. Ample free Parking, television, wi-fi, adjacent dining facility serving breakfasts, lunches & dinners plus a bar facility. Free tea/coffee in room.

Whilst enjoying my stay at the more than comfortable premier inn at Worcester, on arrival we were greeted by two lovely young ladies who were more than helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend staying over.

Overall a decent stay. Room was clean, plenty of parking and ideal for just off the M5. Friendly staff, very helpful and professional. My only gripe is the bath / shower combo. In my opinion, this is quite dated now and many prefer a shower. There are other budget hotels that offer a shower only facility. Other than that, all is great. Ideal for the Warrior's games, going to Worcester City (bus / taxi) or heading to the pub. 4/5 rating simply due to the shower / bath set up.

We had a fabulous reception from Amy when we arrived. She was so warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for her The evening meal was great and very good value for money . Breakfast was superb and we spoke to the chef who was a lovely happy cheaply . The reception staff in the morning if our departure could not have been pleasant and very happy. All in all they made what was hard journey for us a very happy and pleasant experience. I would certainly come back . Good value for money . Fabulous helpful friendly staff . Good clean room .

Arrived earlier than anticipated as was expecting Christmas traffic delays travelling from the north West but happily no delays . Unfortunately despite our room being ready the guy would not let us check in unless we coughed up £15. The restaurant wasn't open so we couldn't even get a meal or a coffee while we waited for the time to check in so we had to drive around to find somewhere for refreshments. When we got back we were still too early and I got quite cross asking what were we supposed to do as en route to Devon from the north West. Only then did the guy decide to check us in !! Terrible service , a premium inn just off the motorway you would expect to get some refreshments especially as its Christmas!!! Awful 😖

Very poor experience in this below average hotel. Musky smells in room. Cold restaurant. Average meals and very small. 4 fire alarms in one night. Had to stand in a cold carpark at 11o'clock to be counted. 3 more fire alarms and 3 hours before we got to bed to sleep won't recommend this hotel ever and won't go there again
